Company Overview

We stand as your top-quality choice for AC, HVAC, and plumbing in domestic settings, and we are among the best-reviewed AC, plumber, cooling systems, heating systems, & water heater solutions companies in Texas. Our experienced technicians will improve your residence's satisfaction with us.

Houston, Texas has some of the most overworked HVAC systems in the nation. Simultaneously, the standard service level for HVAC in our area has fallen short of expectations. Our company was created not only to service HVAC systems but also to provide the customer experience.

I love the heating and cooling repair. The ability to assist homeowners and organizations with their HVAC demands is a immense satisfaction. Offering services that boost their indoor air and cut energy costs is always fulfilling.

Sincerely,

These guys may be fine for regular a/c work, but do not let them talk you into a mini-split system. They can install them, but their ability to support, repair or even explain them is atrocious. On the positive side, you will become an adept home A/C repairman as you spend hours on YouTube figuring out how to take it apart and put it back together yourself. The service man's best guess as a diagnosis is "It is humid". Only $150 for that little gem in the Houston summer.

When I bought my condo 3 years ago, the HVAC was old but working great. It seems that Mission had installed the original and each year I have them come out for the "tune up" before summer. The tech, Roel was kind, patient and very informative. Actually teaching me some of the basics so I was aware of potential for slowing performance (due to age). Roel was punctual and actually a tad early, knowing I had an appointment and was concerned about the end of the "window" not allowing enough time.

ALSO Highly recommend for not try to hard sell me a new system.

UPDATE November 30, 2018 Needed new hot water heater. Mission AC put one in within a few hours, took away the old one, cleaned up, and even gave me a Member Discount for being on their Service Plan. Woo Hoo!!

I reached out to this company through Yelp for a quote. I clearly explain that I needed a water treatment system that I purchased myself to be installed and included photos of the system as well as a photo of the system that was currently installed in my home. The company replied back and insisted I needed to have a technician come out and look at the system in person before they could provide an estimate. I agreed but arrived 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment. The technician called me and explained that you had to pick his daughter up from school and cannot wait any longer. He told me by phone the estimate would be approximately $1200. I said OK and told him I had just entered the neighborhood, In fact I passed him on my way to the house. I also told him that it made no sense why they would insist upon sending someone out if they could've provided the estimate sight unseen to begin with. So imagine my surprise when I later received a written estimate from the company stating $1500 to install a system that they have never seen. Part of my surprise was because the price change from the time I spoke with the technician on the phone to what they actually put into a written estimate. But I was also surprised because I received estimates from for other companies and none of them quoted as high as $1500. I personally believe he chose to leave once he saw that another company had arrived and was also providing an estimate. I should add, my appointment was at 4 PM but someone called me at approximately 1 PM to ask me if I could do it then because they had no other appointments for the day wanted to end the day early. Perhaps they could schedule appointments for an entire business day if their prices were more reasonable.

They called me the very next morning after posting an inquiry on yelp, and set up an appointment for the following day. They remover a soft water heater for much less than a quote from another company. They were prompt, efficient, professional and polite.

Highly recommended. Mission AC are experts, down to earth, transparent and fair pricing, with easy to schedule appointments online.

Signed up for annual maintenance (twice a year cleaning and tune up). I was able to schedule for Joel to come out for a maintenance checkup the next day. He called before leaving and let me know his ETA so I knew when to expect him. He arrived on time, and was professional and down to earth throughout the appointment. He cleaned and tuned my system, checked the drain pipe, and provided recommendations with pricing from a pricing sheet. He was honest about which ones I should do now or consider for the future, the impact I would get if the recommendation is performed, and also emailed me all of the information with my invoice.

If these prices seem high, I would tell you to call around, it's very fair pricing for their time as experts. Highly recommended for all my homes.

I used this company when my air went out in the the it was a bit of a warm day a bombing 92 outdoors so it had gotten to 90 in the House by the time they made they were able to repair my ac witch I appreciated very much.

The problem is there prices were very steep it cost me $1800.00
Just to replace the condenser fan motor I later found out it should had only been $600.00 according to many others I called some were even less.

Well I don't appreciate being charged three times what something should cost with Markup in labor I don't know what you guys labor rate is but that's more than an attorney makes it took you less than one hour and I am no attorney and don't have that kind of money.

Ripped off!
They saw a woman in distress and took advantage of me.

We called and left a message on a Sunday and received a call asking if it was an emergency, which we appreciated. Because we have another unit, it was not, so they came out first thing Monday morning. We received a call about 1/2 hour in advance to be sure we would be home. Their technician arrived promptly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, identified our problem and fixed it! He also told us how to prevent it happening in the future! Their charge was reasonable. We give them our highest recommendation and will certainly use them as our AC source in the future! Excellence deserves to be acknowledged!

Overpriced! I suspected my A/C had a clogged drain pipe because I saw a bit of water in the drain pan. I didn't have any trouble scheduling the appointment, and the technician, Rogelio Salazar was on time. However, he didn't perform a thorough inspection (i.e. didn't check refrigerant levels or if the rooms were properly cooling), yet he charged me $79 just to tell me I needed $1,065 worth of work. I didn't agree. I found another A/C technician to flush the drain pipe, install a shut off valve and float switch for a fraction of what Mission Air quoted me.

Company is responsive to customers' needs and does good work, but pretty expensive. They charged us $450 to clear two AC drain lines and replace a short piece of PVC pipe under a bathroom sink.

Would have appreciated some tips on keeping the drain lines from clogging up again.
