In April 2020, Mission fully replaced an a/c unit--condenser, evaporator, coil--the whole thing. It cost over $6k. Near the end of the install, the person handling the install didn't feel well and left very abruptly. It was an odd situation, but we were assured everything had been completed properly. In August 2020, the new a/c unit wasn't cooling. They came out and we learned there was a clog somewhere. In February 2023, the same a/c unit stopped cooling completely. Mission came out, replaced a capacitor, and told me that whoever set up my system did it incorrectly, so he adjusted the levels of various items and did a few other things to "fix it." Under warranty, that still cost several hundreds of dollars. Here we are in May 2023, and we noticed the unit is taking longer than usual to cool. Mission came out and told us there is an issue with the coil and there's a leak. This is a 3-year old system, and even though we have a manufacturer warranty, the labor will cost over $2k to fix it. It's clear to me that the real issue is whoever installed my system did it incorrectly and we continue to have issues because of it, and Mission isn't addressing the root cause. I can not ever recommend Mission because of this. Using them has been a waste of money and energy, and quite stressful.

These guys picked my pocket - get a detailed estimate that DETAILS the costs of the parts. I asked how much the 3 bulbs cost, but they don't want to tell me.

Rex was out to my house to evaluate the Pilot on my Hot Water Heater. He was earlier than expected. He was courteous, polite, and took his time explaining to me what the issue was.

Had mission air and plumbing come out to check my water heater. The company charges 49 dollars to give an inspection which is fine. The guy the sent was very friendly but knew is much as me. Had another company come out and found the problem with in 5 minutes. They charge 3200 for a 50 gallon water heater. That's 800 dollars more than the other 7 companies I called stay away.

Had my annual inspection for furnace. Jose V. was phenomenal. He was very courteous and had a great demeanor. He really listed to my concerns and talked to me in a way that I could understand him and not feel intimidated. He was very thorough with the furnace inspection and took his time. Overall service with Mission A/C & Plumbing has been great so far and I would not hesitate to call upon Jose V. to by my tech with any a/c & heating related issues.

Quoted us over $1000 to change out two parts on our AC. We called another place, and they did the same work for about $160. We like some of their techs, but I feel misused after this experience.

I'm very unsatisfied with my most recent experience with Mission AC. The inexperienced resources, incomplete work, lack of communication between technician, installation team, & sales, and the failure to make things right with a return customer were disappointing. As others have mentioned on Yelp, look into the negative reviews as well as the positive reviews. There are good alternative options in the area.

Fairly simple plumbing issue was fixed by both Joe Arenales (a/c) and Christian Garcia (plumber). Both were very professional, neat, and pleasant. Would recommend.

Do yourself a favor and call somebody else. An A/C system is an important investment and you can't trust Mission A/C for a system that will operate correctly. Mine broke down 2 weeks after the warranty expired, and has had more failures after that. So many issues in 3 years!

I had this company come out to inspect all 7 of my a/c units. They sent me a written report on the inspection that was totally useless. I emailed them, and after I didn't receive a reply within about a week, I called them. It has now been 3-4 days since my call and I've still not heard a word. I paid good money for nothing.
