I have looked for a reliable plumber that knows how fix tankless water heaters and I have to say Mike Misquez is the best. No matter what the problem he is always there to help us out, especially at the last minute. We live in Rancho Mirage and I would not use anyone but Desert Plumbing Works.

I had a few plumbing issues that needed to be repaired at our second home in Rancho Mirage. Being that we live in San Diego, I called a three different plumbing companies in Rancho Mirage to schedule the repair on a Friday or Saturday as well as to obtain an estimate.

The first company I called informed me that since I was requesting a repair on the same day, ""overtime charges"" would be applied, meaning that for a plumber to show up, I would have to pay $246 and that did not include the actual work or materials. The second company never return my call.

My third call was to Mike of Misquez Plumbing. Mike patiently listened to my explanation of the repairs that were needed, then provided me with a fair and reasonable estimate. He arrived at our home on time and quickly and efficiently completed the work. He is knowledgeable and very experienced .I highly recommend Misquez Plumbing. Once the work was completed, there were no surprise charges. In fact, the estimate he provided was pretty close to what the final charges were and in fact a little less! I know that I will call Misquez Plumbing the next time I need work done.

i never had a regular plumber until michael misquez was recommended by a neighbor. mr. misquez was able to diagnose the problem right away when another plumber couldn't figure it out and fixed the problem on the spot.

not only is michael extremely knowledgeable but he is so easy to talk to and personable. he went the extra mile as he stayed late on such late notice to fix my problems and he never complained. he really went through a lot of trouble for me. A+!!!
