Making an appointment was seamless. Charles is great about responding and communicating effectively. I had a blocked drain from dishwasher connection so the water was not draining properly and came out through the air hole on the sink. I scheduled an appointment for a water backflow issue. My appt was set for 530. I recieved a call setting my expectations that the texh would arrive closer to 630. I appreciated the communication. I've used this company twice so far. One time to fix a leaking washing machine and another to install two toilets. I purchased the toilets in preparation for the install only to find out one of the toilets was damaged right as Charles and another employee arrived. Charles recommended a different brand of toilets and went to Home Depot right away to purchase them. Was a quick, clean and professional install. Thank you Charles!

I needed to run a new dedicated gas line for our kitchen remodel. I contacted Miracle Works on the recommendation of another plumber who didn't do gas work. Sure glad I did. Charles at Miracle Works was very responsive and friendly and his price was very fair relative to other quotes. He installed a dedicated 1-inch gas line from the gas main, at one corner of the house, to our kitchen, on the opposite corner of the house (roughly 100 ft in length). He and his employee showed up on time. They did an excellent and clean job and painted the part of the pipe that was exterior to match the house. The quoted price was the final price...no surprises. I definitely plan to use Miracle Works for all my future plumbing needs

Miracle Works Plumbing was great. I live in an older home so we are always having plumbing issues, among other things. They snaked out the mainline for me. They arrived on time. I told Charles the owner that I really appreciated that. They were very friendly and informed me of exactly what he was going to do and what my options are for the future. And they cleaned up the area before they left. Yes!
Now my drainage is moving fast! In the past I've always called the large corps. Never again. I have found my plumber. :)

We have been using Charles for different plumbing projects at our home we just bought. He is very professional, efficient and pleasant. He did some.renovations for our water heater and when we did not like the placement of the drain pipe, he came back free of charge and ran it another way that was more kid safe and user friendly. Its great to see another Black tradesmen with his own business, who does great work. Next up will be our kitchen remodeling!

I cannot express how happy we were with the service we received from Miracle Works Plumbing & Drain! I contacted them last Thursday. The person who answered the phone was friendly. She listened to my non- expert attempts to explain the issues in our bathroom. She set up an appointment for exactly one week from the day I called, which I was pleased with. Shortly after we got off the phone, Miracle Works Plumbing called me right back and said they could get me in sooner, she then rescheduled my appointment for Monday August 3rd. Mr. Levier III showed up on Monday during the 1 hour appointment window, with an associate and they did an awesome job! We explained the issues and received an estimate based on the work that needed to be done. I thought Mr. Levier III would leave us with a quote and we would call them to schedule the work another day. To my surprise Mr. Levier III was ready to complete the job the same day! (Which never happens) We accepted the pricing and his associate began preparing the bathroom for the work to be done. Mr. Levier III ran to the hardware store to pick up the parts and when he returned the work was completed. He explained why were having the problems in the bathroom and most importantly he listened and answered our questions. Miracle Works Plumbing exceeded our expectations and we will definitely utilize their expert services for our next plumbing job! I recommend this company to anyone looking for quick, fairly priced expert plumbing work.
