We just used Miracle Rooter for our boxing Gym. We had a major issue with our pipes that caused them to be completely replaced all the way out to the side walk of our business. They are a group of licensed professionals, were able to obtain a permit and complete the job They quoted us a VERY fair price, and got the job done quickly. Jaime, the site supervisor, was extremely kind and professional. It was a very dirty job, and he made sure after each day of work, he left my business as clean as he arrived. We will continue to use Miracle Rooter for our plumbing needs, and HIGHLY recommend them to any small business. We priced around and they were by far the BEST!!

They charged me $2000 for a $200 job. When I complained they claimed it was a decimal problem. They are 100% crooked.

Yesterday I called an requested a plumber for a clogged kitchen sink. The lady that took my call was nice and she informed me that they did not have anyone available that day and she said she schedule me an appointment for today between 8:30 and 10
AM and that someone would contact me to give me a quote when they sent the plumber. At 10 am I called and spoke with them and they claim I did not have an appointment at all. They then informed me that the cost was more than triple what the listed on their website because that estimate was not for a kitchen sink.

I am very disappointed not so much with the price increase as I am that they claim I did not have an appointment. I actually called and spoke with someone in their office twice yesterday each time being told my appointment was between 8:30 am and 10 am. With five Stars I expected service to be better.

Another plumber from Yelp's list is coming today within two hours of my call.

Miracle Rooter lives by their name. It was a miracle that I found these guys when I had a few apartments experience a clogged drain. I called other companies in the area but none were as responsive and professional as these guys. Kevin was the one who answered the phone & off the bat his professionalism sold me. He told me he can have the guys out as soon as possible & when they came they treated every home with respect. They hydro-jetted the drains & even checked on the garbage disposals to make sure no other problems arise. I appreciated their work ethic and the fact that they didn't rush anything & went above & beyond for their customer. Thanks Miracle Rooter! You guys are awesome.

I highly recommend this company for their honesty, friendly service and being on time!!

Eric explained everything clearly and did not try to hurry even though they were not charging.

They give free estimates.....Give them a call you wont be sorry. The day before I had called another plumber who called twice to say running late after waiting two hours I canceled. I could not be happier that I did!!!

If I could give 5 stars, I would. First off, these guys are FAST. I called at 10am and somebody was at my place by noon (exactly when the operator told me they'd arrive).

He explained the situation to me (drain needed to be snaked) and even showed me the monster hairball left by previous tenants that caused the clog (gee thanks, Vince).

The only demerit is that he wasn't 100% clear with me on what I should do or how much it should cost to do a separate fix that should ultimately get done (replacing a part that was sort of broken). However, that wasn't why I needed help that day and he got the job done.

Highly recommend these folks if you find yourself in a pinch and need fast service.

Don't Trust Miracle Rooter's $68 Internet Offer

When I asked their telephone agent questions about their rates she
was a little evasive, but essentially said their offer was good.

When the Miracle Rooter Plumber arrived he got out his rate book and
proceded to quote an outrageous jacked up price. Classic bait and
switch.

It cost me a $29 ""service charge"" to make the guy go away.

Schuelke Plumbing has a similar offer and it is a lot more real.
