I called Miracle Rooter to repair a leaking water heater at our rental property. They answered the phone after 1 ring. The person was very helpful. The plumber came out within hours. He called me on my cell so I could meet him out at the property and I wouldn't have to wait for him. I let him into the garage and returned after he called me once the job was complete. I will be calling them for now on.

We made an appointment. They called to confirm on the day of the appointment.

Later, they called to tell us the technician was in route, what time he would arrive and his name. Technician arrive exactly on time (2 minutes early). As an important side note, the tech arrived within the time window we were provided when we made the appointment.

During the entire call, the technician (Anthony) was a consummate professional.

I highly recommend Miracle Rooter Plumbing - they are an ethical, professional company.
