Miracle Rooter is terrific. I wish I'd found this company years ago! I will never use anyone else. I've used a dozen or so different plumbers during the 10 years we've owned our apartment building. Once Miracle Rooter Burbank Plumbing did their first job for me, I realized I had been over paying for sloppy, substandard work from the other guys. They see an apartment building, see an out of town owner/manager who also happens to be a woman making a decision on repairs and figure they'll jack the price up as high as they can. How in the world can you expect a plumber to negotiate a plumbing job over the phone, sight unseen? Kevin is honest and his employees are hard working. I can't even begin to tell some of the horrifying stories of working with some of the ""chain-franchise"" plumbers. Like I said, for me, it definitely is Miracle Rooter Plumbing's way and no one else's way. Use this Burbank Plumbing and you wont be disapointed.

Avoid these guys!!! They charged my tenants $249.03 to unclog a bathtub!! It should have been around $75. The plumber then handed in a different invoice to the company for $149 and pocketed $100 for himself. The owner's name is Kevin Sargsyan and he does not return my calls. The receptionist laughed when I explained my problem. They also go by the name Miracle Rooter Lic # 875657. They have a track record of this type of fraud and deception. I am going to take them to small calims court if they do not go out of business first. These crooks cannot hide anymore.

This company also has a branch called ""Miracle Rooter"" . The logo (little man with red cap running past a globe) is only slightly modified. The president is Keven Sargsyan and their License #828279. I had a horrible experience with them. The Better Business Bureau also lists over 14 complaints against this plumbing franchise in California. Its hard to swallow when you have been ripped off, but maybe I can help someome else avoid a disaster. At first they send someone over right away which is great when you have a smelly plumbing problem. Later I realized it is part of their tactic to have you ""go with them"" for the repairs which are cheap. Then a real plumber shows up, begins work by saying ""we go from A to Z to fix the problem"". Then your original invoice goes up and up and UP. If the price hikes don't get you really angry, you can also look forward to a staff that leaves mid-day in repairs because they ""are needed on another location"", tool shortages which involve their hired immigrants to commute to Rooter offices to ""sign out equipment since they don't like us to have it on the trucks"", and major delays in job completion. My valid complaints were ignored by their management and the field supervisor who wanted to keep the whole thing quiet. Other plumbers I consulted told me it would be even more expensive to fix Miracle Rooters ""jerry rigging"" so I stuck it out painfully and paid a fortune that makes the neighbors laugh to this day. I hope to laugh about it one day too, but if I was an attorney or a plumber I'm sure I would have saved thousands.""
