Unfortunately there are no negative stars to rate this company.
I originally called them less than 2 years ago. I had a clogged sewer line. They sorta tried a mechanical line. That didn't work, so they said that they could use a ""jetter"" to clear the clog, but that it will cost $2500.00. So I had them do it. I had a warranty on the service, so I called them up when my line clogged again. A guy came out and I showed him my warranty. He had a small ""jetter"" and tried that. Well a couple of baby wipes flowed out and he said that voided my warranty, but that was not written down. He pulled the ""jetter"" out. He then said he would try it again, but it would cost me an additional $450.00. I had no choice, so he tried it again, and nothing happened. So he said ""oh well"". That he had another customer to go to, so he left with my drain still clogged. 2 years ago, they said the problem was with my line and for a mere $4500.00 they would have to dig up my line. I didn't let them do that.
I called the office and said I wanted them to come back out with the larger ""jetter"" machine. The girl said she would talk to her supervisor, and of course, didn't hear back from them.
I had to call another plumber. Miracle was obviously not up to the task.
So...find another plumber that won't rip you off. I recommend the Plumbing Boys, they did the job for $800.00

If I could give five minus stars I would, I don't trust these guys that came out, the first guy called his supervisor after about an hour for a clogged main drain. After he showed up now it was going to cost $3000 for a repair or $4000 to replace the line of course he was the sales man, he sounded convincing and showing me the monitor from the camera I couldn't make out what he was seeing, I paid them for the time they were there and got rid of them asap. Got a hold of a plumber I used before he came out ran the camera found some root blockage did a razor rooter, ran the camera all the way to the street said your good. $150.00 he charged for all he did. Glad I didn't jump into giving those clowns $4000 I'll use that for Hawaii.

I give Miracle Rooter 5 poops - That's right. They deserve 5 poops. They were terrible. I don't want to even waste time trying to explain the full story of all the bullshit I went through with them. They were unprofessional and had to send people over 5 times to fix 1 of the 2 plumbing issues. They weren't even able to fix a clogged sink. How can a plumber not know how to do this? They decided to charge me an extra $95 at the last minute when I was at my wit's end and just wanted everything to be fixed already. It took more than 2 weeks from the time I called them about the problem to when they actually fixed at least 1 of the issues. Even one plumber said the first plumber that gave me an estimate didn't do his job correctly. When I originally made the 1st appointment for after 7pm during the week, last minute they told me it would be an additional $60 for them to come out after 7pm so I had to reschedule for the weekend but then when they came out over the weekend they said they needed a part (that the 1st plumber should've made note of) and the place was closed over weekends where they'd get the part. That was not the end of it but frankly I just want to never think about this experience again... except I still need to call another plumber about the clogged sink. I won't be going back to Miracle Rooter, that's for sure.

If I could give a zero I would. I was told my appointment would be delayed because they were waiting for their tankless water heater expert. When he arrived he said he knew nothing about them.
They might be good for other plumbing issues, but stay away if you need help with a tankless water heater.

Okay, I run a business in Burbank and manage two large buildings in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles. I deal with lots of plumbers, electricians, inspectors, handy men and women, etc. This company is by far the best I have ever dealt with hands down.
They are professional, personable, and honest. I am going to sign a service contract with them next month for my buildings in Silver Lake. I want you to know. I'm hard to impress. With over 20 years of dealing with crews of various types I've seen every trick in the book a plumber can pull.
These guys came out to my business which was experiencing a back up every two weeks in my public bathroom. My usual handy man and I ran a camera one night after closing and found that there was a real problem with the sewer. They ran their camera, gave me three options and when all was said and done 5 days later I had a new sewer from the toilet to the chimney line in 135 feet into the middle of Victory Blvd.
They dealt with the city of Burbank, Inspectors traffic control and me the business owner and the building owner in one of the most efficient demonstrations i have ever seen.
I had 6 bids on this job and they were lowest and by far the best service. They are old school. The customer is always right, give your sincere best service with a smile.
Here's my advice, don't mess around. Just hire these guys.

Arthur from Miracle Rooter just came and saved the day...on a Saturday too! We had a horribly backed up bathroom sink that was floating with debris and would not drain at all. Last night we had tried Drano, plunging and every home remedy in fear of what a plumber would cost us. We only made the problem worse and worse so we broke down with no choice but to call a plumber.

Arthur came out right away, checked out the problem and gave us the cheapest possible option to fix it. We gladly took the 88 dollar option and he finished in about 20 minutes. Now the bathroom is working as good as new!

I had a blocked drain in the kitchen sink on a weekend so I called Miracle Rooter: Very quick to arrive, very quick to fix, very friendly and professional, and very expensive! I guess you pay for the quick service but $200 for 15 minutes of drain cleanup with a snake? Yikes; someone's getting rich. 5 stars if they'd charged me $130 or less.

Our bathtubs and toilets were filling up with water from the sewer on a Saturday evening so we called Miracle Rooter to deal with it in the morning (Sunday)
The technician (Arthur) pulled up @ 8:00am ready to snake out the problem.
The snake became entangled in tree root from the 60+ year old tree in our front yard.
Not Pretty. Arthur called his partner to stick the camera into the sewer to see what was going on. With their equipment they located the exact spot of blockage and realized the clay sewer pipe had collapsed from the years of tree root growth. Our other neighbors have experienced the same situation and I was getting ready for the diagnosis as Arthur and George fully explained what they could do and my options.
With their new technology and materials we went with replacement and liner on the pipe going to the center of the street which is our responsibility according to the city.
Once we came upon a solution, there were no more surprises for us and the job was done in a professional manner. Arthur was extremely knowledgeable and educated us to help us make our decision on which direction to go. We now don't have to worry about tree root again, ever, or at least for 15 years.
Will definitely call Miracle for other plumbing needs and request Arthur.(The Man).

I'm in the process of selling my home and on the day of my open house the tub had crud in it. When I exhausted all the possibilities, it turned out to be a collapsed sewer line. After some research, I called Miracle Rooter and, Franko, came out to access the problem. Sure enough, I had a big problem on my hands and I didn't want it to interfere with showing and selling my home.

Franko and his team were extremely professional, considerate and took care of the city permits, work, inspections and took time out to show me on camera where the problems occurred. I would definitely do business with this company again and again. Such great professionalism and friendliness and concern all rolled into one package.
