I had a blocked drain in the kitchen sink on a weekend so I called Miracle Rooter: Very quick to arrive, very quick to fix, very friendly and professional, and very expensive! I guess you pay for the quick service but $200 for 15 minutes of drain cleanup with a snake? Yikes; someone's getting rich. 5 stars if they'd charged me $130 or less.

Our bathtubs and toilets were filling up with water from the sewer on a Saturday evening so we called Miracle Rooter to deal with it in the morning (Sunday)
The technician (Arthur) pulled up @ 8:00am ready to snake out the problem.
The snake became entangled in tree root from the 60+ year old tree in our front yard.
Not Pretty. Arthur called his partner to stick the camera into the sewer to see what was going on. With their equipment they located the exact spot of blockage and realized the clay sewer pipe had collapsed from the years of tree root growth. Our other neighbors have experienced the same situation and I was getting ready for the diagnosis as Arthur and George fully explained what they could do and my options.
With their new technology and materials we went with replacement and liner on the pipe going to the center of the street which is our responsibility according to the city.
Once we came upon a solution, there were no more surprises for us and the job was done in a professional manner. Arthur was extremely knowledgeable and educated us to help us make our decision on which direction to go. We now don't have to worry about tree root again, ever, or at least for 15 years.
Will definitely call Miracle for other plumbing needs and request Arthur.(The Man).

I'm in the process of selling my home and on the day of my open house the tub had crud in it. When I exhausted all the possibilities, it turned out to be a collapsed sewer line. After some research, I called Miracle Rooter and, Franko, came out to access the problem. Sure enough, I had a big problem on my hands and I didn't want it to interfere with showing and selling my home.

Franko and his team were extremely professional, considerate and took care of the city permits, work, inspections and took time out to show me on camera where the problems occurred. I would definitely do business with this company again and again. Such great professionalism and friendliness and concern all rolled into one package.

The main drain line between my house and the street was clogged for the umpteenth time. I saw Miracle Rooter's ad in the Yellow Pages (Yes, the phone book!). They came to my house in Woodland Hills and showed me the cause of the problem with their underground camera. They explained the options, various prices, and recommended which one was the best value. I followed their advice and am glad I did. After three months of zero problems I can now say that my drain problem is completely fixed. They did the job on time, and even threw in a few extras that I asked for. I would definitely recommend them.

Great plumbing company. My husband called, and they sent a plumber within an hour. Mike was very nice and professional over the phone. Adrian was our technician, and he was apologetic for showing up a little after thier quoted 30-45 minute window. We didn't mind, and were very happy to have such speedy service, especially for it being a Sunday. He was also very friendly and professional. We were charged $125 to unclog our main pipe which he did in about half an hour. He crawled under the house to make sure there were no leaks, and then he was done. We would definitely recommend this company.

From all the reviews, I thought this would be a great plumber to try for our sewer back up issue. They had a coupon for $67 to do drain cleaning that seemed like a great deal as well. Getting someone out was pretty quick (a couple of hours) however, when they got here, they were unable to clear out the clog and a supervisor came with some thing that supposedly could see where the clog was. They quoted us to replace the sewer pipe. Uh, kind of fast to jump to that conclusion so we paid them their money and sent them away. Then we called a bunch of other plumbers and luckily our regular guy was in town and cleared the block within 5 minutes of arriving.

I was really upset that they tried to just up sell me to doing a $3000 - $4000 job from a $67 call. I don't like being taken advantage like that. Stars are for getting to us on time.

It's 1:30am, and there's beeping, water damaged wood floors, and a freaking water fall under the house - who you gonna call? Miracle Rooter, turns out.

Pipes are sneaky bastards. Case in point - how they always manage to burst or break at the EXACT worst moment possible. Like, for example, when both you and the tenant in the other unit of your duplex are each away for over a week for the holidays, and your landlord is MIA when you get back to find what looks and sounds like a miniature water park going on under your house.
So when I walked into my apartment the other night upon returning home from a ten day trip, I first got suspicious when I heard a persistant loud beeping sound emanating from the house (I guess angry water heaters do that), I proceeded to walk into the apartment and notice both the smell of lots of really wet stuff, and the ominous sound of huge amounts of water gushing where no water has gushed before.
The woman who answered the phone in the middle of the night (Jasmin), was very nice and sympathetic, and she sent out a technician right away to our rescue. Adam showed up about half an hour later and saved the day. or uh... night, I guess. He was super nice, very friendly, and professional (and cute too!).
Adam took care of the emergency situation for us, and came back a couple of days later to complete the whole repair for the problem that had caused the situation in the first place.
I highly recommend this company, whether it's a middle of the night emergency, or a planned appointment. They are very efficient and nice, called to ask for clarifications before the job, and again to follow up on their work after it was done. They provided quality work with speed and a professional and friendly attitude.

Much thanks to Miracle Rooter for the exceptional and professional work they performed @ our home. It is a given that plumbing repairs can be expensive no matter who you use. So the value is in the quality of work, professionalism and guarantee for long term care. Unfortunately, we had a major sewer failure which needed immediate professional care. The phone book had hundreds to pick from. We immediately called the largest who started a sales pitch of treatments which he deemed necessary. After making a false claim to increase the billing I asked him to leave. He was not dressed well or smell good. I then called Miracle Rooter who's uniformed technician properly diagnosed the problem... made a fair job quote then performed the work with a more than satisfactory outcome. I would recommend Miracle Rooter over any of the pages and pages of plumbers in the phone book.

Miracle Rooter were the most efficient, professional, intelligent and reliable plumbers I have ever dealt with. We had a sewer main break late on a Sunday night, which led to replacing the pipe all the way to the city main. These guys were not only helpful, but honest, and reasonable. They handled getting city permits through city inspections; even the city recommended their work.

I highly recommend them!!
