Was not impressed! Called at 9pm on a Sunday, was told within the hour.... 10:30 I call and dispatcher is surprised, but he is still coming. Midnight rolls around and I call and cancel. 5 minutes later some loud large man is ringing my bell and banging on my door and looking in my windows . Mind you I'm at my sick mothers home in a senior community! I told him through the door we were canceling as he was extremely late. That's when he proceeded to yell and cuss at us as he was walking away at midnight in a senior community? Who does that?

Called for service for a clogged toilet made an appointment for the end of the day between 4:00 & 6:00pm. They called at 4:20pm and said that they could not make it at all that day. I had to call another plumber to fix the toilet so I didn't go all night with out one to use.
They left us hanging with no where to go......

We needed to repipe all the pipes in my fathers 80 year old home. This I knew as we had been having problems. Miracle Rooter was called in while I was away to help in an overflowing water situation and came back to repipe the house. I was skeptical because I had not met them, checked out their licenses or reviews. Their license was current but their Yelp reviews were not at all stellar. I had to deal with them by phone only and listed all my concerns. I had a very polite and professional conversation with them and allowed them to continue with their work. Both of us had to trust one another as I was not able to meet them until the following day, after they began work. There was nothing at all shady about Aaron, our plumber. He pulled all the permits promptly and texted a picture of them to me. He was polite and considerate of turning off only certain water pipes so my father would never be left without running water. As I was unable to compare prices, I cannot say wether they were more or less but for the work done, I know they probably gave a fair priced estimate. They started and finished the job when they said they would and all the work passed inspection.

I told them I would help their Yelp reviews if they did a good job since that is why I was so nervous using them in the first place. I read these when making my selections, so true to my word, they get a 5 star review for a 5 star job.

Agree with the other reviewer that these guys are shady. I just found my receipt for a clogged sink from 4 years ago. They took advantage of the fact that my husband was serving in the military oversees and I didn't have a good understanding of what they were doing or pricing. They charged me $670 to change a garbage disposal which broke in less than 2 years. They didn't change any pipes, only that they ""cleaned"" them.
These guys are unethical and I'm surprised they are still in business.

DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS!!! They are shady. They tried to take advantage of my 65 year old mother. She called them to fix a sewer blockage and after they rooted it, they dug a 4 foot hole in the front of the house to expose the sewer line where they cut a 4 inch square hole in the cast iron pipe. Then they told her ""you have a hole in your pipe so we have to replace the whole line."" They quoted her $6800!!! I got there just as they began digging up the front lawn and stopped them. They charged her $250 for clearing the blockage. And they broke the irrigation system to the front yard. I am not happy that I had to fix their incompetent work!!!! These guys are bad news!!! They are the plumbers you have heard horror stories about. They are paid on commission so they will try to screw you out of every dime they can.

Good enough. A little pricey. Good work. Disappointed that you set up a 10 am appointment a week ahead of time and it turns into a between 10am & 12 noon appointment. You have a week to schedule and you can't hit a half hour time slot instead of 2 hours. Good work overall though, very professional and appropriate technician. Not sure if he was from the Ventura location though.

This was the most disreputable company, or I should say their representative, Rueben, Who tried to play my neighbor and I against each other. He quoted different prices to each of us. If we hadn't got together and compared our stories, we would have been taken. Stay away from Miracle Rooters. There are better and more trustworthy plumber's in our city.
