This company is a nightmare and I urge anyone who is considering doing business with them to turn and run in the opposite direction!! Just like the other reviews stated, over inflated prices change like dirty underwear, the owner is a complete fraudster with zero plumbing knowledge, and make sure whatever work gets done that you insist on pulling a permit. At that point speak with who ever inspects the work and you will get a professional opinion regarding Miracle and the shoddy reputation they have in all the various townships. I think I made my point!!

-Overcharged us $700 more then the agreed upon price.
-Charged a $400 ""After hours"" fee because we called after 6
-Men came to look at our basement and said we needed a replacement IMMEDIATELY ""or else"" - we later found out that it was completely unnecessary. We didn't even need the plumbers to do ANYTHING.
-Owner refuses to contact us back or give us a receipt or have anything to do with us.

They WILL try to take advantage of you, absolutely. Never again.

The serviceman who was sent was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Tried to sell us an entire new furnace for a simple pipe leak. Wanted close to $500 plus the $125 emergency fee. We suggested that he open the water to find where the leak is and he never intended on doing that. He said ""i could be there 10 minutes or 5 hours"" which showed he had no idea what he was doing. NOT ONLY THAT but the woman over the phone called me a f*cking b*tch who only leaves reviews on yelp over the phone for trying to leave a complaint with the company owner. I have never used yelp but hey i guess there's a first. STAY AWAY!
