Miracle Plumbing Heating & Cooling
Company Overview
Miracle has been the go-to name in plumbing, heating, and cooling since 1927. We have earned the title of ""The best in the business"" through our commitment to quality and customer care
Miracle proudly serves Stark and neighboring counties based on principles of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. What began as plumbing and heating services in the 1920s has expanded to include air conditioning, water line and gas line installations and repairs, drain and sewer services, lawn sprinkling, irrigation, and our renowned one-day bathtub and surround remodeling service known as ReBath.
Founded by Harvey R. Miracle, our company has expanded into five divisions with over 40 dedicated employees. Being a family-owned business, we are excited to continue our legacy into the fourth generation of remarkable service. Our mission at Miracle is to fulfill our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured. In 1927, businessman Harvey R. Miracle founded his plumbing company in Canton, Ohio, earning a reputation for his trustworthy and personal customer service. It was a family operation; Harvey took care of installations and service, while his wife Fanny managed the bookkeeping.
As the company grew, Harvey saw that natural gas was replacing coal as the main heating source for residences and businesses. He created a heating division, and Miracle began installing and repairing gas furnaces alongside plumbing services.
Harvey was later joined by his nephew Elmer Brown (2nd generation), and together they focused on exceptional customer service and quality products to grow the business. Elmer successfully managed the business for many years until his son Steve Brown (3rd generation) took over. Under Steve's leadership, the company grew from a small group of technicians to over 2.

I am happy with the services provided. They were on time and communicated throughout the outside plumbing repairs. I also used their electrician and they were great! Utilized COVID procedures upon arrival.
Seth from Miracle was on-time, professional, and did a terrific job.
Had a leaking water heater covered by HomeServe. They sent out Miracle and wasn't sure what to expect.
Seth showed up exactly when promised, promptly diagnosed the problem, handled the insurance approval, and installed a new water heater all in one afternoon.
Entire process, from beginning to end, was smooth. Thanks!
I had a new furnace installed 2/18/20. They did a GREAT job! David and Dennis were my installers and were wonderful. I would highly recommend Miracle Plumbing to any one in need of a new furnace.
TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I can't thank you enough.
Thank you,
Lori
Terry L.We were told air conditioning part would be in the next day. Repair man said he would be out the day after. Well 10'days later they finally sent him back out. Poor poor service
Craig M.The service technician arrived on time, was courteous, completed the installation of the new and removal of the old hot water tank.
Miracle Plumbing rates are too end.
Awful. I called them because they claim to repair water softeners. Jack looked at mine and declared it ""toast"", but offered to install one that they carry for 1000.00. I paid 65.00 for the visit.
The next day I had a second plumber look at it and within 5 mins he found a loose connection inside the cabinet. It works fine .
So the 65.00 fee I paid to miracle was basically so I could listen to a sales pitch for a thousand dollar job that I didn't need.
Miracle has been servicing our heating and plumbing needs for several years. Service has been good. There prices for equipment has been competitive. No problems from our end.
Paid $7,000 for a new furnace and AC and Miracle installed a cheaper furnace by mistake. When it was brought to Greg's attention he asked us to keep the less expensive model already installed with no refund for the difference. Miracle came 2 months later and installed the correct furnace and destroyed our basement floor. Left us with the mess to mop then repaint the floor from the damages by the technician. Greg never apologized for the error and sent me to his manager Jeff that didn't take any accountability for the errors or damages. We paid upfront and was avoided repeatedly. Now 3 months later they finally finished the job. I wouldn't recommend EVER!
We had Miracle come to our home several times. They came out to service our furnace because it stopped working on the weekend in winter. The guy was very rude and asked me ""What do you want me to do about it?"" Even after knowing I had 3 small children. The other time we called for our plumbing. When I called, i asked if they serviced water softeners. I was told yes. When the guy came to my house, he looked at the softener and said ""we don't service that brand."" He then tried to charge me for the visit any way. I dont recommend at all! Wish I could give 0 stars.
Miracle has no business working on steam heating. They installed a new boiler at my house. Several of the radiators don't heat much, if at all. And there is a terrifying amount of water hammering during the winter.
I've now had three different heating repairmen out to my house to offer opinions and estimates. They unanimously agreed that there are serious problems with the existing installation: they failed to account for the lower waterline of the new boiler so my wet returns are now all dry returns, and the headers are piped all higgledy-piggledy (and in copper) and don't allow for enough of a rise off the waterline, etc. So now I'm looking at several thousand dollars to rectify all the mistakes they made.
