Worst plumbing you can find in Phoenix!
Stay away from Miracle Plumbing. Don't even bother to get a quote. Lack of experience shows here. This contractor bid high prices and delivered journeyman work. From leaking connections to glued drain this contractor had to be called back numerous times. Thank our tile guy for catching Miracles mistakes or we would have had a big nightmare. Miracle did not pay attention to details. I would never choose this contractor.

Came across Miracle plumbing from a friend at work. My friend told me they have done plenty of work with Miracle Plumbing and was always satisfied with the result. Called Kirk and made it by later that same afternoon and clear the clog i was having. Unfortunately it happened after a day or so and he came back out and fully flush the house. Now the pipes are flowing like champs. Good quality family service. Cynthia his wife holds down the phone lines and calls back when you leave a message or have an update for you. Definitely calling and recommending Miracle Plumbing for all plumbing needs. Go Dodger Blue

Kirk definitely went above and beyond in his repair of the broken pipe under our kitchen floor. He managed to include the replacement of toilet plumbing at the same time when he connected them all to our sewer line. He went out of his way to address any situation that popped up during the whole process! Great guy!

Horrible experience. Another plumber is coming today to clean up their mess. Two trips to my home and unprofessional attitude both times. Pictures are of the alignment for the tub drain and wall plumbing, shower attached to single block of wood, debris that existed after jack hammering, and debris that exists between the wall and the tub that they incorrectly set.

After calling by different plumbers and getting voicemails and say mailbox is full please try again later, I called miracle plumbing and they actually answer the phone. They were able to give me a quote over the telephone after describing what the problem was. They came out the same day completed the work can charge me exactly what could be. The plumbers were very professional and respectful. If I were to use the plumber again it would be them.

Had a water heater installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in 2011. The heater sprung a leak last night and when I called them, the had no idea who I was, had no record of the sale and for a nominal fee of $125.00 they would come out and look at it to see if there was any warranty remaining. I called Todd Kirk at Miracle plumbing and he offered to make an emergency call last night to replace the heater but I decided to wait until morning. They arrived this morning, on time, with the right size water heater and everything needed to complete the installation. Within an hour the heater was in place and the area they worked in was clean and ready for me. Todd and his apprentice were pleasant, professional and took the edge off what began as a disappointment with the other ""brand X"" plumber. Thank you Todd!

I called early on a Sunday morning and Kirk was quick to give me a call back. He came out and replaced a shower valve so we could get our water back on. To top it off, he didn't have to do any demo to the drywall or shower. Thanks!

When a toilet tank develops a crack that leaks, you want a plumbing company that responds to a call promptly! Miracle plumbing, not only returned the call within 10 minutes, they checked in until the the situation was completed and working to our satisfaction. The owner of Miracle Plumbing and his kind assistant were efficient and cleaned up when the job was done. Kirk, his secretary, and assistant provided excellent customer service and care! I highly recommend Miracle Plumbing, especially if you are in the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area, of Arizona. Great customer relations and great knowledge of plumbing!

BEWARE!!!! My GC hired Kerns Plumbing who hired Miracle Plumbing for our rough in, gas lines, and top out for our residential project. Kirk started the top out and never finished it-HE ABANDONED THE JOB! after the original GC got fired for lack of progress and failure to do the job correctly. The ROC gave a citation to HARCO construction and Miracle Plumbing for lack of completion. This has been devastating. My new supervisor has a check in hand waiting for Kirk and his company to return but he still WON'T COMPLETE HIS WORK OR REPLY. NO ONE CAN FIGURE THIS OUT!! When we talked with him at the ROC inspection on May 30th, he said he would return and finish his work but he talks out of both sides of his mouth and won't return or finish. He has been paid by the original GC for all the work up to this point. We just want Miracle's portion finished and to move our project forward. I resent the fact that Kirk cannot just return and have the integrity to do the right thing--complete your job and move on!!
