Recommended Customer Reviews

Loved they showed up in masks due to the spread o covid19.
Joe came within 10 minutes of our call. Our water heater died on us.
Gave us an actual quote, we had 2 other contractors in with no definite quote.
Did an excellent job.
Very professional and polite.
We are older and it was nice when Joe said, we take care of everything, and they did.

We are having new tile flooring installed in our bathrooms. Upon the contractors trying to reseat one of the toilets they told us the plumbing coming out from the wall was leaking so they couldn't move forward until we had a plumber out to fix it. We started calling plumbers at 3:30 p.m. and Joe was the only one that called back right away. I didn't think anybody would be able to come out that day but Joe was here within an hour and fixed us up right away so our tile contractors could continue their work. Thanks so much for both your quick response and quality work!

I'd give Joe and Miracle Man a 10 if the rating went that high! Great service, very prompt and reasonably priced. They replaced my 14 year old water heater, and left my garage spotless. I could not be happier and when I need a plumber again I'm calling Joe!!

Need new gas line into property. Joaquin went above and beyond to see that we had the line in correctly and fast. Work was excellent. Very professional. Thank all of you at Miracle Man. Great company!

This company is top notch. I had a plugged drain at my business and he came out promptly and even though it was giving him trouble he did not give up. He got it cleared and was very reasonable than others. From one small business to another we say thank you. Straight and to the point billing and no pressure of upwelling what we don't need. Will be recommending them to my customers.

I had a water main leak and contacted Miracle Man to get it fixed. Joaquin visited the site promptly and assessed the situation. Since I previously had other water main leaks, we explored replacing all water main lines (it's for a four unit building). The quote started getting extremely high. But after talking it over with my wife, we agreed to proceed.
Unfortunately once the utility surveys were complete, the quote went up substantially from the original quote due to the complexity of replacing all four lines. My wife and I decided to have Joaquin repair the line instead. While this cost was much more reasonable, it was still pricey.
Joaquin and Miracle Man are responsive, easy to talk to and the work seems to be done with quality. Joaquin showed me the PEX tubing that failed and took the time to explain the likely cause of failure. Overall I am satisfied with their work.
There's never an easy way to state that while I am very satisfied with the outcome, I never cease to be amazed at the cost. Given that I have had other similar water main leaks repaired at this location, Miracle Man pricing was a little higher but in line with other plumbers I have used.

I erroneously used Goggle reviews for picking out this plumber who is close to my home and was rated 5 star. They did come out on time and replaced my 40 gallon gas hot water tank for $1350 which is about $200 to 300 higher than anyone else. Won't use these ripoff artists or Goggle reviews again. Thanks Google. They must have bought their 22 reviews!

Don't know what turnip truck the other reviewers fell off of but I had nothing but quality service from the Miracle man and his crew. They removed a 19 year old clogged 40-gallon propane hot water heater with a brand new 21st century system.
Efficient and professional customer service team with crew boss Juaquin at the helm.
But I was NOT getting hot water into the house. Heater cycled like supposed to but not sending needed hot water to shower or sink.
I called Miracle Man plumbing again and asked why not? Then the propane system had to be checked to ensure there were no leaks in the lines. When the Amerigas tech inspected my propane system to the water heater the next day, he RED tagged the water heater for safety reasons. The thermo coupler failed to maintain the flame.
Miracle Man Juaquin returned to inspect the problem and ordered a new burner plate. He returned and installed that. The gas guy cleared the red tag violation and my water heater cranks out hot water with vigor.
Nothing short of quality service, friendly reassuring crew boss that this will be fixed. And it was above and beyond my expectations. Wonderful customer service and follow through fixes. Price was worth the quality product install and Miracle Man lived up to its name - literally!!. Thanks for a job well done.
As for the reviewer who dissed them for solar power, don't call a plumber. Miracle man respected my existing solar power grid and answered my questions about how the propane heater and solar power work together. There is a solar company in Flagstaff called Solar Plus or some such name. Google it. They are who should install your panels and get you a quality system. Solar is initially expensive to install but they are the go-to-guys for solar anything in Northern Arizona. Not your plumber!!

I called Miracle Man Plumbing because I needed a gas pipe moved that was behind our gas range, and an outside faucet replaced. They were prompt in getting here and installed the faucet. While there were here I also had them change out a washer in another outside faucet that was leaking. Joe spent about 30 - 45 seconds looking at modifying the gas pipe to the range and said he could do it but I would have to have a contractor here to cut a hole in the floor so he could work. The invoice had on it:
""Replaced frost BIBB and Diagnosis for gas $375.00""
""New washer in BIBB - no warranty $32.50""
""TOTAL $417.50""
Where is the line item breakdown?
How much did he charge me for the 30 - 45 second diagnosis? And what does that mean.
Is this what it will cost me to do the job? Oh wait, I already paid that amount I guess the actual job will be another $350.00.
When Joe sent Joaquin out to do the job he wanted a 24 x 18 hole in the floor (where a one inch pipe came through) then asked ""Where is your permit?"" I said ""Joe didn't say anything about needing a permit to modify the pipe when he change me $417.50 for the 30 - 45 minute job he did the on the first visit"". At this Joaquin left the premises.
I do not recommend this over priced plumber and stretched giving them one star.
I have a recommendation for the ""The Plumbing Store"" and will call them for a free estimate.

On the upside they showed up quickly the Monday after Christmas. They did get the sewer snaked and draining in about an hour, maybe hour and a half.
On the downside, they had 75 foot spools for their snake, not a 150 and charged me $150 per spool for a total of $300 which is pretty much a new record price for snaking a drain. I think they used maybe 20 ft of the second spool.
Next time I will wait until my regular plumber gets back from vacation. For the difference in price I could have stayed in a hotel for three days.
