Unfortunately I have to negatively review not this business as a whole but the owner, Jason. I was quoted and agreed to have work done. When it was completed I was concerned on the price of hourly/material costs. Given the amount of money, I thought it would be a more time extensive job and when it took a total of 6 hours (I know material costs are included), I did some math and wasn't happy with the price. So I simply asked for a proper invoice just to have for my records as I am planning to have more plumbing work done. Instead I got railroaded and belittled by the owner. He didn't listen to my confusion or concerns and talked to me like I had no right to inquire. He offered no help and told me its ""a free market I could have gone elsewhere"". Which is exactly right, and I will. As you should too. He continues to act like I'm trying to get a discount when I not once asked for one. He offered 'go away' money but again, I wanted an invoice not a discount. This person has lied about what I've requested, what I've said, and how I've acted just to get out of explaining to me how he got the number he did. Thankfully his employee, Taylor, came in person on his own accord and respectfully broke things down for me. It's all I wanted. Taylor is a great worker and person and I'm lucky he was involved. Go to another company with a more stable owner just in case you have any concerns after. He is wildly unprofessional and defensive. I stated to him over and over that I didn't want to undervalue the work, I simply wanted a proper invoice and he refused with much rage. Beware.
