Highly recommend based on their great work!
Co-owner Rob, & apprentice Eric, installed our replacement dishwasher & 2 toilets yesterday. They did a perfect job! We are hiring them again.
Re: getting them scheduled (we saw a couple negative reviews about this): We had called 6 different plumbers, 2x each, throughout Feb, asking to please get on their schedule for our need. The ONLY one that returned our call was Phil (co-owner) at Minuteman!
We understand that plumbers, contractors, electricians etc. have all the work they could want at this time, & can even pick & choose what jobs they want. Keep in mind though that completely ignoring new business calls by not taking 1 min. to return a call will cost you in the long run.
We are thankful for the courtesy callback from Minuteman-they will have all our business for years to come now.

Owner minuteman plumbing we do 1200 calls for service every year and we do not get to rate our customers. If you are trying to review us on yelp do not call us . We do not need your business. I do not wright negative things but my customers do call some on else thank you

They plumbed my home. Fixed problems early on then dumped me like a rock. They still advertise but are obviously not interested in servicing their installations. Get someone who is willing to service their work!

Always too busy to respond to site within a week. Questionable plumbing techniques, no clean outs installed under a kitchen sink.

Consumer beware/Unbelievable Rip off! Minuteman charged $249 an hour to clean a backed up pipe in my in-laws basement. The job took 2 hours and they also charged another hour in travel time from 15 minutes away. The drain was cleared but they never got a real reason why it backed up in the first place but were quick to send a bill for over $800. This was a major case of taking advantage of someone that has a backed up system. I have a family member that owns a drain cleaning business in Mass. It would've cost half what they were charged to have them travel from Mass to NH and clear the pipe with travel time charged. I can't stand when plumbers rip people off, find someone else in the area.

Don't be fooled by the name, they took over a week to get out for a leak repair, sent two people to do a one man job, and they spent 5 hrs to fix a hose and a pipe leak (over $500,00) DIY or find a trusted Plumber!
