My 80-year-old mother-in-law's water heater needed replacing. Contacted several plumbers in the area and Minuteman Plumbing was chosen because they could install the next day, not because they had the best price. A representative came and quoted a price for an A.O.Smith unit. When the tech arrived the next day, he pulled a Bradford-White water heater out of a totally beat-up box. Told him that was not the make/model quoted and more-over I never heard of the brand. We called the rep who quoted the price and he gave me a runaround answer. Since the old unit was already out and my mother-in-law wanted hot water now, I agreed to continue the install. That same night I had an opportunity to do more research and learned that Bradford-White does not have a good reputation and poor reliability as reviewed by more than 350 individuals on Consumer Affairs website earning a 2.2 out of 5 rating! To say I'm less than pleased with this bait and switch move by Minuteman Plumbing is an understatement! The install otherwise was okay. Minuteman gave a 10-year parts and labor warranty on the install. Will see how that goes...until then, BUYER BEWARE with this outfit!!!

came on time, very polite did his work and before we knew it he was done. excellent job the hot water heater works perfectly. would recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement or a new one. there warranty beat everyone we got a quote from. a 10 year warranty, un heard of!! went back in to check his work and it was perfect. don't hesitate, don't really need to call anyone else they are that good. check them out you'll be Surprised and good surprise. wish we had found them out earlier, would have saved us a lot of headaches and time.

They are a awesome company. Great communication. skills and very reliable. I price Home Depot who contracts out. Their price was high and only a 6 year warranty. I have a 10 year warranty. Roman was professional with a great personality. Prices were good compare to home depot. You won't go wrong if you hire this company.

Service was scheduled for 11AM, verified by email. Service person showed up a 1PM. As for the installation, it appears to be satisfactory. The price gouging is unacceptable. It was impossible to get even an estimate. Explanation of the $650.00 charge to install a water heater was never explained satisfactorily. The water heater was already purchased. They only had to install. Then they charged for taking the old one away, which we did not request. It was still a working heater and replaced only because HO insurance required it. So not only were we gouged (because we are seniors?) but they will also make money at least from the scrap price, at most from refurbishing and selling it. I would never use them again nor will I ever recommend them. Installer said he was the owners son and after seeing the situation, had to go to the truck to """"confer with Dad"""" to decide what they would charge. Not at all pleased with them.

Tankless water heater quit at 11pm and we had a new one installed and running fine by 3pm the next day. Highly responsive and prompt service - great communication. Also, their quote was $1100 less than ABC for the same work. Highly recommend this company.
