I spent five years as a plumbing apprentice at a large, full-service plumbing company. We set up all kinds of drain systems and piping, and I ended up managing the drain cleaning division, overseeing everything from extensive municipal work to minor residential jobs. After working for a few large local drain cleaning companies, I felt they didn't always prioritize the clients' best interests, so I started my own drain cleaning business to better serve the community.
