Mini Split King Air Conditioning

Mini Split King Air Conditioning was assigned to work on my home A/C by my home warranty insurance company (Home Choice). They arrived on the diagnostics appointment, asked for the service fee, I paid in cash, never gave me a receipt, asked to see the A/C internal filters and asked to be provided with a ladder, instead of using their own, I provided the ladder, the technician climbed the ladder, checked the filter, found it in good order, but did not close the filter door properly, which I had to do later, checked the external A/C unit, aid it is leaking and he has to inform the insurance company to allow him to make a test, several days later, the insurance company sent an email with the new appointment, at the appointment Mini Split Air did not show up, I called to inquire, he advised that he will come if the insurance company paid him, I called the insurance company, who advised that they will pay him when he provides the service and they will call him, they advised that they called and left him a message, so I called Mini Split while I had them on the phone, and advise the technician they are listening, then the technician got angry, and he claimed that he did not like my tone (SP), I asked him again for my receipt, insurance company listing, then they advised they will be assigning another technician and I advised mini split technician that the appointment then was cancelled. The insurance company is crediting me for the service call fee.

Julio was prompt with communication - a welcome change from other contractors. He arrived when he said he would. Now to the best part. We have had two contractors in to fix plumbing issues on a new install. Julio shows up, needed to make a quick trip to Home Depot as we have an an unusual plumbing setup (we moved the sink, but not the plumbing). Julio got it up and running beautifully. I can not reco.nend him enough. If you are thinking of hiring him, you will be treated well, and have beautiful results.
