Do not hire Mings Contracting Dynasty. I had an expensive bad experience with the company. They charge a la carte; they refused to provide a quote. I was charged $350 to cut out a 24""""x24"""" portion of my drywall, then told they couldn't find the leak. Then the next step was to look further for $550. I gave them a deposit of $225 of the $550 they would charge me. I asked for a quote and the son told me I'd get it that night, but it was never provided. When I called to cancel the job, the father told me he'd give me back my deposit less 20%. Then he ghosted me.

This company has the worst customer service. The plumber came out, looked at the work, told me that he needed to obtain an authorization to complete the work. He went to his truck, came back and said everything was approved but that he did not have the parts on his truck and that someone would contact me to complete the job. I even received a text message verifying what he said. That was on August 23, 2019 and since then I have made several phone calls with no response. Apparently they don't need or want the business.

Absolutely terrible!!! Do NOT go with this company, they not only will cancel on you MULTIPLE times but they are extremely unprofessional and LAZY. Save yourself the headache and money and go with another company

Andrew Ming is dishonest. He came to my home to inspect a problem and never did any type of inspection. He took my money and did no work on my home. I asked him to return my money and he refused. I was very disappointed with his business practice and would never recommend him to do any work.

Mr. Ming came out introduced himself and explained what he can and can't do. After this introduction he did an assessment of my plumbing problem and gave me his suggestions, he was very professional and polite, he gave me my options and the pros and cons of each, once I decided on which option I wanted he then explained to me what would happen next and the appropriate time it would take to complete and restore my plumbing issues. I would definitely recommend this company, I'm completely satisfied with the end results of my decision to use this company as well as ease of communicating with him when I had questions
