After installing a water heater in my house. I noticed that my washer and dryer water line had been compromised to not let the water for my washing machine work correctly. I am 100% positive This was due to the work done When the water heater was installed, as the plumber, drilled through the wall that connects directly to the washer. Upon calling the company and asking them to come back out to fix the problem They caused the plumber arrived at my house. He opened the door that the washing machine was in took A look at it for 1 second said. I did not do it and I have to charge you an hour for this trip. I refused to pay him for being in my house for less than 3 minutes and not correcting the problem that he caused in the first place.. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone they are scammers and unprofessional. They overcharged, they don't take responsibility for their work just horrible customer service. Very irritated that I now have to get the water issue fixed that was due to negligence of Milwaukee Plumbing and Piping. Incompetent workers. My review of the water heater installation was also bad but this just made everything worse. They will not take responsibility for their shotty work. Very disappointing.

Thanks for Milwaukee Plumbing for helping us so quickly and efficiently with a new water heater! We're in the process of selling our condo, and after an inspection we realized our water heater, though still working well, was at the end of its life. We called MKE Plumbing and the sent someone out within a few hours to take a look.

Later that afternoon we received a call from the company confirming a quote and what it would take to get this project done. We have a unique situation in that our water heater is suspended from the ceiling, pretty high up above our washer/dryer, and it's also an unusual size. The company was able to book us in for an official replacement within a few days, as all they needed was to wait on the parts to arrive.

Steve came on a Tuesday morning and was both approachable and accommodating. He helped my husband remove and replace the closet door blocking the space, and assisted in getting everything back in place afterward.

All in all, the (seemingly tough) process took about five hours. We were charged roughly $2200, compared to quotes upwards of $3000 we received via phone from other plumping companies. Hopefully no return repairs but they certainly got a difficult job done.

Called these guys based on a friend's recommendation and I'm thankful I did. Joe was able to get a crew out surprisingly quickly and they were even able to wrap all the work up in a day. Luke and Jesse did a great job and even managed to handle a curveball with ease (previous contractor made a few questionable calls). The only thing I can offer for an improvement would be to allow online bill pay instead of having to send in a check. Overall the experience was as easy and stress free as possible and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The young man That came to my house pulled out a part to replace without checking if that was the part that needed replacing. My hot water heater doesn't even take the part he went to replace. He then told me he has the exact same water heater and just worked on his over the weekend and couldn't fix it. When I questioned my water heater only being 10 years old he informed me his hot water heater was only nine years old and that's about as long as you can expect them to live.
If he had the same hot water heater as mine, why would he have pulled out a part that my water heater doesn't even have? What are the chances he has the exact water heater, worked in it for two days and as a plumber by trade could not fix it?
He was in my house for approximately 30 minutes and my bill was $168. At no point was I told what the cost would be, they just sent me a bill. If you double that price, it's the cost of a new water heater...

This was not a good interaction. I'm incredibly skeptical and it all felt shiesty.

Zero stars. Overpriced and did not clear my pipes in September. Charged for things the plumber did not do. They do not guarantee their work and refused to come fix the problem. Because of them I had continued sewer backup and property damage. New plumber came out today and found that Milwaukee Plumbing had only opened a small hole in the blockage and had not cleared it.

I have used Milwaukee Plumbing for lots of work from sink & toilet installations to leaking pipes. They never disappoint. Always professional prompt service. All of their plumbers are super friendly and very knowledgable. I have a rental unit that they've serviced to my home and my business. Trust me if you want reliable service at a fair price call them! Best decision you'll ever make.
