Called Milw Drain Cleaning this morning for a backed up floor drain. They were there by 11:00 am, an hour earlier than expected. Along with being very personable, James and Jeff found the source of the problem quickly and took care of it in about half an hour. Both were very knowledgeable and offered advice for down the road with our main drain. I would definitely call Milw Drain Cleaning again if needed, and would recommend their services to others.

Called at about 8:30 on a Sunday morning, he answered on the second ring. Came straight over and arrived in about 35 minutes. Made quick work of the clogged sewer line. Charged a very fair price for an emergency callout on a Sunday morning. Cash only. I'll be hiring him again to root the line as a preventative measure. Very happy with the service and timeliness.

Called Milw Drain Cleaning for an issue with our pipes being backed up with food from the garbage disposal, they let us know they'd be here mid to late afternoon, $150 for the job. They ended up showing up early and were in and out in about 15/20 minutes. Price stayed true and they even gave me advice on how to keep my pipes clean and clear. Very pleased with the service and they saved me from a headache.

Called James and Jeff. They came out to look at my drain for 10 minutes and told me nothing was clogged and if I wanted my drain snaked it would cost an extra $100 on top of the $150 that cost me to have them come take a look. save your money and just call roto rooter

Our main sewer line clogged and waste was coming up through the drain in the basement floor. We called Milwaukee Drain Cleaning and they were out and had the problem fixed within 2-1/2 hours! They also gave us great tips to keep it from happening again. Fast, fair and friendly!! Definitely would use again!

This company false advertises their services. I called Milwaukee Drain Cleaning to schedule an appointment to have my basement sewer line snaked. The cost on the website is $100 for the sewer line. When I called the company, the guy stated it would cost $150. $100 for the sewer line and $50 travel charge to the North side of town.

1) There website states there's 'No Travel Charge' on the About Us page listed under the Mission Statement. Why is the company charging $50 for a travel charge?
2) Your company services the Milwaukee County area. Why is there a distinction for the North side of Milwaukee? Why is there a $50 charge for work on the North side?
