I called Milton to fix a drainage problem created last year when another contractor built a stone planting bed next to my patio. Milton's crew showed up exactly when he said they would and quickly torn down one side of the planter then rebuilt it with a concrete channel to drain water off of my patio. Their stone work is beautiful. It was a small, simple job and he charged a fair price. I have some other drainage and landscaping projects and I will certainly call Milton again.

We had a significant drainage issue on our property. Our entire yard was soggy and squishy regardless of whether it had rained or not and we had 2-3 inches of standing water along the back of our house at all times. We got solutions and quotes from multiple companies and Milton's was the most affordable and comprehensive plan we received. He was able to start 2 days after we requested his service. Him and his crew worked all day in our yard for 4 days. They were very friendly, responsive, punctual, and respectful of our property. Best of all, our yard is now dry!!!! Milton and his crew did a great job on my yard and patio. I have a house that had some flooding issues when it rained real hard. Milton recommended installing a "swale" which is basically a ditch. I also wanted a concrete patio poured and St. Augustine sod placed in the swale. I had some last minute changes that he happily accommodated, like removing an old chain link fence and putting more sod in my front yard. A few days after the swale was installed we got a really heavy rain and we had no flooding, the swale diverted all the water. It's really nice knowing we don't have to worry about flooding issues anymore.

We needed a way to divert water away from the side of our house in order to keep that area dry and avoid future foundation problems. One company's bid was too expensive. I called Milton to look at the situation and give us a bid. He proposed building a swale, along with a couple other drainage features - at less than half the cost of the first bid. It took a while to get on his schedule (a lot of delays due to rain), but when his crew showed up, they worked fast, efficiently, and very competently. We are completely happy with the job they did. The swale works as promised, and it's actually rather attractive. As for Milton -- He not only has the knowledge of drainage solutions and beats the competition at price, he's also polite, engaging, and genuinely interested in helping his customers.

Milton came to rescue with a repair of our collapsed retaining wall. He was courteous and professional. We had 2 others come to look at the repair and the first did a quick estimation that turned out many times more than Milton. It was so high that we now think they were intimidated with the task at hand. The second was a larger company and they immediately said that they would have to have engineers analyze and heavy equipment to repair the wall. This could only mean more money. Thankfully we got Milton's contact from a friend. He accessed the situation and had a solution. He mentioned how he can save money by using the old stone. His crew was prompt and did a great job and they also cleaned up like it was new.

Milton has a calming prescence that made us feel that he can handle any tough problems and for us, he and his crew did. I can't endorse him enough. We will be calling him for the next project and recommend him to all that we know.
