Had Milton install a french drain in my back yard due to flooding after heavy rains. It was actually pretty challenging job as my back yard has a very slight grade. Milton and his team were able to get enough drop in the french drain that I didn't need a pump of any kind and this saved me quite a bit money. Other quotes I received required a pump in the system which made the install way more costly. Milton quoted me a fair price and his team worked quickly to install the drain. Shorty after the install we had some heavy rains and the drain system worked great. I would definitely recommend Milton's Drainage. He is by far one of the best.

Highly recommend Milton for drainage installation. We had disgusting water piles that stayed for WEEKS after rains. Backyard was unusable during entire rainy seasons. Like 6-8" deep standing water at a corner low point. Milton recommended a French drain along our fence line, and a catch basin at the low point. So 2 structures both with a pipe draining to the front street.

Milton was patient with us as we weighed the decision, as this was our biggest project to date on the house. Once we were ready, his crew got started the next morning. He was communicative throughout the process, and his crew was friendly and professional. He was flexible- we had a late add-on of a walkway in the area that was no problem for the crew. I also liked how Milton was on-site frequently monitoring the project and communicating with both me and his team.

The moment of truth came 4 days after they finished during a heavy thunderstorm. Nothing was more satisfying than seeing a flood of water pouring out of the pipes and into the street (all from our backyard)! The next day the backyard was so nice!!! Just soft damp grass as it should be. No more giant water holes.

This project saved and restored our backyard and we could not be more satisfied.

We had a significant drainage issue on our property. Milton came to rescue with a repair of our collapsed retaining wall. He was courteous and professional. We had 2 others come to look at the repair and the first did a quick estimation that turned out many times more than Milton. It was so high that we now think they were intimidated with the task at hand. The second was a larger company and they immediately said that they would have to have engineers analyze and heavy equipment to repair the wall. This could only mean more money. Thankfully we got Milton's contact from a friend. He accessed the situation and had a solution. He mentioned how he can save money by using the old stone. His crew was prompt and did a great job and they also cleaned up like it was new.

Milton has a calming prescence that made us feel that he can handle any tough problems and for us, he and his crew did. I can't endorse him enough. We will be calling him for the next project and recommend him to all that we know.

Milton and his team were absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. First off, Milton showed up to our meeting on time and was very professional. My husband and I showed him what our drainage problem was and he gave us suggestions on what could be done and even suggested ways we could save money. He sent us a quote and a drawing the next day. He told us when his team could start and they came on THAT day. They came everyday at 8:00 like clockwork and worked in the 100 plus degrees ALL day. Three days later the project was done and we couldn't be happier with the results. Milton and his guys were exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called to explain my drainage issue and was told by the owner that he would come out that same week to determine potential solutions and provide an estimate. I sent photos of my drainage issue and never heard back from them. That was over 2 weeks ago, going on 3 weeks. I left a couple of messages to confirm that he received my photos. No return calls, no response, no follow up. Very disappointed.

We are so incredibly happy with the drainage and hardscape work that Milton did at our house. They built a retaining wall, raised the dirt level, put down sod, did drainage for three gutters and made concrete pavers before we had turf installed. Milton was also great to work with!
