Called today to get a quote about a water heater replacement. They quoted me $1,600. A water heater costs $300-500 max. And I have ALL parts, hoses and attachments. So they're charging $1,100 for labor and haul away?

Seems like a rip off to me. I'll look elsewhere.

One of three irrigation system breaks discovered at 6am this morning. Tried everything I knew what to do, nothing worked other than shutting the water off to the property. Milos Plumbing had done excellent work for us in the past so called them as soon as the office opened. They sent two wonderful young men, Shawn and Josh. The problem was first diagnosed, the price was quoted and the system was fixed. You might think that is what is supposed to happen but within the process a few exceptional things happened. The two gentlemen showed up almost immediately, within 20 minutes of my call. They happily used the new parts we already had on hand. We asked about an addition that we didn't have and they showed us why we didn't need it, clearly saving us money. They worked in 100degree heat in long sleeved, black shirts and black pants. Shawn and Josh, thank you so very much for your expertise, your kindness and for not up selling parts we did not need. To me, this is exceptional. To the management of Milos, please extend my heartfelt gratitude to them and please, reconsider your choice of uniforms these hard working men have to wear at this time of year in the desert. I will continue to recommend Milos Plumbing to anyone who needs that type of service.

From the phone call to request service to the crew that performed the work was very professional. They were prompt and on time. The crew took the time to ensure the clogged drain was completely cleared and free flowing. They explained what was causing the clog and how to prevent it in the future. They ensured that the area under and around the clogged sink was clean and dry when they were finished with the job.

I have used Milo's several times and always been happy with their Work. Called today because I have a slow drain that needs to be snaked. I asked for a price and she said she couldn't quote on. That would be one thing if I was asking for something exotic but snaking a drain has to be the most common job they perform so obviously she knows what would cost. The don't charge by the hour, the do job pricing so this should have been a slam dunk. She wanted me to commit to a trip charge to have the plumber give me a price. It's their business so the. An dictate their policies, but it's my money so I get to decide where to spend it. I'll be calling someone else.

Don't use this company! We used them to install a new tub in our master bathroom. When they were done, we had a very cheap tub, put in with nails, cheap hardware that wasn't attached to the faucets, and tile from the floor and the surround taken down. They also removed sheet rock from the surround and the walls directly outside the surround, down to the studs. When we called to complain, we were told they ""don't do tile"", which we knew, but had no apologies for making our bathroom unusable. They sent someone out to take a look at the damage, and wanted to charge us for the materials to repair the walls! It's been nearly a month, and we're still looking for someone to repair our bathroom, including surround sheetrock, tiling on the surround and floor, and paint for the entire bathroom! The ""supervisor"" gave us a small refund, but not nearly enough to cover the cost of ""rebuilding"" the bathroom! I'll never use them again!

Out 400.00 plus cost for another company to come out for toilet replacement. Milos tried to install a defective toilet that his employees could not get level. Toilet was warped but not enough for Milo's to get another one. First try, it leaked after technician left. Second try, the technician called in and said it could not be leveled Because the problem was with the toilet. Tech reinstalled my old toilet that is too high for me. When I went to Milo's to get my receipt and ask him to replace it, he said it was not bad enough, tell that to my old back. I called manufacturer and they sent me out a new toilet. Manufacturer said that it does happen that toilets are warped or broken, etc., and Milo's could have gotten another one no charge. I guess maybe he didn't like me, an old Polish lady. Techs are real nice though.

Jose was a great help with our leak in our main line. Milo's Plumbing is a great plumbing service, and would highly recommend. They also practiced COVID safety measures that I truly appreciate during this pandemic.
