My fiancée and I had been living in a house with terrible hot water and a flooding basement. Milne installed a new hot water tank and sump pump. They did the job quickly and efficiently and there's been no issues since. I would use them for any plumbing job in the future no question

I called Milne out as my Rinnai furance had quit (under NO circumstances should anyone ever buy a Rinnai furnace / water heater as it's been nothing but a headache since it was purchased). I waited two days without heat or hot water as I didn't want to pay weekend rates - Milne did come first thing Monday and restored the heat but later I discovered I had no real hot water upstairs (just tepid). I called Milne about this but no follow up - so I still don't have hot water. Rinnai furnaces are a complete mess and it's impossible to find plumbers anywhere in my area who are knowledgable about the system. Save yourself the heartache and find another furnace type than Rinnai - if I could throw the thing out a window I would.

Have used Milne multiple times and each time the same. Great job and reasonable if not cheap price. Will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.
Forgot to mention, FAST service!!!

Leftover parts used instead of what was contracted for? Permits paid for but never obtained? A plumber need to know three things: Cold water on the right, hot water on the left, sewage goes downhill. Apparently he has that much knowledge, but professional ethics are NOT part of Milne's repertoire. Best avoided.

I'm very happy with Milne. They've done a few different projects at our house since we bought it last year. They fixed our broken second floor toilet when it needed a new seal and the owner Scott came out right away when we thought our water main was leaking--he even brought an excavator he works with regularly along with him so that they could start work right then and there. Thankfully for us it was the neighbors main and not ours, but Milne ended up helping them out too. We just had Eric and his apprentice D. J. out this week and they did a great job on a complicated move of all the water, drains, and vents on our washer and dryer from one side of our older home to the other. They were very diligent and just very friendly guys to have in the house for the day. Milne is great for whatever you need.

Went to Milne to purchase a gasket for my multi head shower. I had called in advanced and was told that they had the unusual gasket and it was called a top hat. When I got to the store, the gasket that they had really did look like a top hat. Needless to say it was not the gasket I needed. But the young man who assisted me customed me a gasket to fit my fixture. Yeahhhhhhh. It worked. I'm a happy camper. Great customer service. Went above and beyond. Thank you so so much.
