Great service. I submit inquiry on Yelp. Got call from Gary same day. I was able to schedule appointment in two days. They came in and look at my problem. Order details and come back to install them. I was happy with customer service. It was a little pricey per hours, but it worth it. I would use them again .

Very prompt, fast & professional..my service was done within two days..I called them at 9 in the morning to get a consultation & he came out that same day & assesses the situation told me what the issue was & the cost & the very next day it was done!!...& they didn't leave a big mess!! Talk about lifesavers, One of many people to get hit by the freeze Jan 2014 in Atlanta, came home to find an inch of water covering my downstairs. Got the water shut off. Shop vacuumed about 150 gallons of water, started trying to find a plumber, unfortunately everyone we called was booked for a week. We were looking at a week with no water. Started trying again going down the BBB listings, got to one company who also was booked for a week, they recommended Millwood Plumbing. Contacted them spoke to Gary (nice guy), said he would have a crew in route in 30 minutes, the crew ran into another broken pipe call where they working at the time, Gary notified me it would be an hour, sure enough they were at my door step within an hour, techs identified and repaired the broken pipe within the hour. Wish I had gotten their names, great techs, curious, showed us the pipe went only to a spicket, were its cutoff was separate from the water heater. How to avoid the problem again. These guys are BBB A+ rating, positive reviews, many awards. There price was excellent. I highly recommend this company and will use them in all future plumbing requirements ED Marietta Ga.
