I was very happy with the service and response from Milltown. I called late day for a problem toilet. They arrived first thing the next day, even after saying it was not an emergency. I appreciated the explanation of what the problem was and also the care of not bringing any dirty shoes in the house. I would recommend Milltown for fast and courteous service.

Our water heater went out yesterday at 11 AM...our usual provider was closed so I called Milltown. After some confusing information on my end I agreed to their emergency service price and they stated they would send someone out but could not give me an ETA...not great but at least we could get someone to look at it.
3 hours later I called to get an update and was told they weren't sending anyone out...and had told me that already? Neither my wife nor I had been told that when we called...we would've just called someone else.
the next morning I called them early...they apologized for the mix up and scheduled a technician for sometime between 11 and 1.
at 1255 I called to get an update and was told the technician was working on a big call (house with no heat) bu that we were next on his list. I understood and was fine with that.
they called back 20 minutes later to let me know they could not come out and could make it the next day...
I could've called many of the other HVAC companies in the area this morning but was told they would send someone out. Now it will have been 3 days with no hot water...hope my pipes survived.

never use these guys...this was the poorest customer service I have seen.

Miserable experience! Not only were they obnoxiously expensive but they were 2 hours late.
The plumber apparently didnt have the materials /tools he needed after he was here earlier in the week to assess the work to be done, so he left and came back...of course i was charged for HIS lack of preparation.
In addition, he tracked mud through my house. ..the worst!

I highly recommend Milltown. I called after the fire department told me to contact a plumber, the electrical burning smell I called about was coming from the pump on my heater. When I called Milltown I spoke to a gentleman that told me he could have someone at my home soon. I couldn't believe how quick he was here in about 30 min. He had the part with him and fixed the problem pretty quickly. I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism of this company. I will definitely call them again if I have any future plumbing needs!

I contacted Milltown to have a new kitchen sink installed. The gentleman that came to do the install arrived within the time allotted, completed the work quickly and even took the time to clean the area of my kitchen that he worked in. I was very pleased with my experience with Milltown and I would highly recommend them.

As a follow up to my previous review, I had another company come out to look at my central air unit. They did not think it needed to be replaced, just that it was low on freon. The system has been working fine now for a week.

I can't recommend these folks highly enough. We had a very unusual drainage problem they took the time and effort to figure out and then give us some options. Cody, and anybody they sent with him, worked intelligently and diligently several times, some with no charge to us, to figure out and fix our problem. Whenever I need help with plumbing problems I call them, and will for now on.

I have used Milltown Plumbing many times for various services and have always been pleased. From drain cleaning services at my condo, to installing a new water heater at my home, they have always been fairly priced and honest with me. They've been around as a business for a long time so I expected great work from them and they have delivered every time.

Cody and Bernie arrived on time and got right to work replacing my leaking hot water tank. They answered all my questions. When they finished, they cleaned up all the rusty water that had escaped from the old tank while they were removing it. I will definitely use Milltown for future plumbing projects.

chance they will show up.. and when they don't,and then you call to ask where are you., they say for some unknown reason the appointment never made it to the their computer. Took a day off to get this plumbing issue fixed.. thanks alot.. liars
