EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH MILLIONAIRE!!!!
JUST USE THEM but read below why you should:
I've been in the commercial property business since 1984.
I take great care of my mechanical items and my 4 ton Carrier HVAC just died after 30 YEARS!!!
I wanted another Carrier.
Got multiple quotes and talked to MANY HVAC contractors.
Wife and I were/are very impressed with Brandon!!
I had actually accepted another cheaper proposal but after doing some more research on them, I got a bad feeling about them and canceled the contract and started looking again. GLAD I DID.
I'm a commercial TX real Estate Broker, was President of a property management company for years, have been certified by BOMA as an RPA & IREM as a CPM (2 of the most well-known certifications in commercial real estate management business-you can look them up on web).
I also often operated as a General Contractor on our companies' projects and had a Contractor Account with City of Dallas.
That said, I know my way around buildings and contractors.
I CAN HONESTLY STATE THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND BRANDON AND MILLIONAIRE TO MY MOTHER OR GRANDMOTHER WITHOUT HESITATION!!!
Also the guys on the work crew were extremely polite and friendly and really respected us and our property!
They may not be the cheapest but their pricing is very fair and reasonable.
Sometimes trying to save money up front can cost more money and aggravation in the long run!
PLEASE give Brandon & MillionAire a try and tell them that Pitt told you to call.
I know you will be pleased and sleep comfortably at night!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Millionaire. I called them because one of my AC units stopped cooling, the team in administration was polite and supported sending someone promptly, however, the technician they sent was less than professional. He lacked customer service and the given explanation of the problem was not clear. After inspecting my unit, he told me I needed to replace the entire system and gave me a quote for over $7k. Sensing something was off, I decided to get a second opinion from another company. They came the same day, fixed the issue, and charged me far less. My AC is working perfectly now without needing an expensive system replacement. I wouldn't recommend Millionaire based on this experience.

I worked with MillionAire Heating to replace my entire HVAC unit. They were patient with all my questions, are truly experts in their field, and never pushed add on services. I was planning to go with a single stage unit. After a few conversations, I was confident in their abilities that I called the owner back after doing some research and requested to upgrade my unit. The install went so smoothly and the crew left the house pristine (very much appreciated). I'm so glad I went with MillionAire. It's been a month with the new system and I'm so glad I went with the two stage. My house is much cooler, the system is so quiet, and my energy use dropped despite the triple digit temperatures. Great company and would highly recommend.

I had them install a new hot water heater, whole home filter, toilet and had hydrojetting done.
They were accommodating of my calendar and got things done on a timely manner. Piping insulated and everything looks great.

When I got home from a business trip on Saturday at 11:30am, one of our AC units wasn't working and it's July!. I called Myra at Millionaire and she had a technician at our house within 1 1/2 hours and he had it fixed within another hour. I called at 11:30 and it was fixed by 2:00. That's why I think being a Platinum member is worth every penny.

They responded quickly went I contacted them at 10:00at night. Came out at7:00 the next morning and fixed my bathroom leak from my toilet in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up my tile floor also!

These folks are very nice and more importantly, honest people who care about their customers. I had a major component on my AC fail because of a power surge from recent storms. The owner came out to service the AC and was able to fix it same day.
