I had a tech come out to do the maintenance and I didn't have the correct filters so I ordered what he told me. Unfortunately, he was incorrect so I had several filters in the wrong size. I contacted Millionaire Air and got an immediate response from Myra who had someone come out to check within 30 minutes! Randy came and looked, measured, took my incorrect filters and replaced them with the correct ones. That is great customer service!

The service quote we got on Yelp didn't mention the quote was for one HVAC system only(we have two). We were a bit confused when the service total doubled the Yelp quote, but still a reasonable price.

Their technician Kris, was very professional, friendly, and informative. He helped us to get the flue vent connect properly, check on the furnace/HVAC systems, and clean the condensers' filters.
