These clowns were hired on my behalf by Lowe's to remove and reinstall toilet and sink in association with new floor installation. They left my toilet wobbling and had to come back. Later discovered they failed to reconnect sink drain letting water just dump under house. Inexcusable. Contacted Lowe's home office to get a proper plumber to come do the job right which they did.

DO NOT USE!!!! FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! RUINED FLOORING AND WALLS AND REFUSED TO REPAIR. I, like others, was connected to this establishment via Lowe's Install Services. They came and installed two toilets. I went to work and arrived at home 8 hours later to find pockets of water in my walls and water leaking from the ceiling. I later learned they cracked a pipe during the install, but when they came out to their damage, they claimed it was already there and not their fault. When I turned my back to call Lowe's and inform them of this nonsense, the two grown men plumbers ran to their car and drove away while water continued to leak from the toilet above me. What kind of despicable business does that? Save yourself and find someone with basic know how and some integrity.

Serge came over with in two hours of me calling. He was running a couple minutes late and he called to late me know. This wasn't an easy fix, but he diagnosed the issue and got it fixed for a reasonable price! I will use him again for sure, on time, honest, and he got the job done!

We would give this enterprise zero stars if that were possible. We had four faucets replaced. Three of them were leaking after they left. It was such a standard plumbing job, executed with such a lack of expertise. Based on our experience, our impression was that these were inexperienced, non-professional plumbers. We had to hire an experienced, professional plumber to clean up and fix everything after them.

Not so much ... wish I had read some of these reviews earlier :-( A very simple job of installing new shut offs ended up with scratched up newly painted cabinets and cut up escutcheon rings everywhere. One of the shut offs seemed to have a small leak. When calling them back the next day to fix things I was charged for another trip fee and they flooded under my kitchen sink while I was gone for a few minutes to pick up a check to pay them. I found a soaking wet towel and had to ask what happened. I know a little bit about plumbing and was served some pretty bull stories instead of apology. Customer beware!

I'm not entirely sure I understand the other reviews left on this sit. Bills outfit has done a number of projects for my customers and I have never received anything but positive feedback from them. They also did work on my property and the quality was good and the price was very fair.

Lowe's hired this firm to install a dishwasher. They showed up and announced they were unable to install the dishwasher. Left the appliance in the garage and disappeared. Said they would get back to me next week. Waiting for an explanation.

A sloppy dishwasher installation, with gaps showing brackets, screws and parts that should be enclosed. I am waiting for them to schedule another installation crew to """"see what they can do"""" to correct the poor job but that doesn't inspire confidence that they will finish the job correctly given another chance. This job was arranged through Lowe's, and now I know better.

Worst ever work, service and reliability. Hired to repute our entire house and left over 50 feet of polybutylene pipe in the ceilings. Hired to remove all polybutylene. Milligan Plumbing Plus is a dissolved company and has been for years. Owner Bill Milligan just uses that name. No recourse in court system to fight him because his company folded. Would NEVER hire or recommend. What goes around comes around. Bad news all the way around.

Lowe's hired them to install our microwave - what a disaster it was dealing with them. Except for the 2 guys that ultimately installed the microwave (Mike & Keith) dealing with Mulligan Plumbing was so frustrating. They set an appointment with me with a 2 hour window. I tried calling that morning to confirm - no one answered the phone. My 2 hour window came and went - with no installers. I called Mulligans several times - no answer. The next morning I finally got a hold of them and was told that the microwave was damaged - that's why they couldn't install. When I asked why no one called me instead of wasting my day, they said Lowe's told them not to. We worked with Lowe's, and Mulligan's set another appointment. I called that morning and they confirmed they would be out during the window. At the end of the day the installer called to say that he was too late to Lowe's and he couldn't get the microwave, but that he'd make me the priority the next day. I had to call several times the next day and was told that he'd be out soon. Finally at 2 PM he said that he didn't have time, but he would drop off the microwave and the other installers would be there in 15 minutes. An hour and a half later they finally showed up. Granted, some of the problems may have been Lowe's fault, but getting through to them and getting a straight answer is almost impossible. Lowe's needs to find new installers. This company is awful. I must give kudos to the 2 installers who finally arrived. They were great. They got right to work and had in done beautifully within 25 minutes. Personally, I will never call Mulligans for anything.
