Stay away! I called to request a plumber to unclog my garbage disposal. ""Bob"" told me in this convesation I would need a new disposal. I told him I knew there was a piece of bone jamming it and I just could not dislodge it. He told me it would be two days to get to me; when I said I would go another direction he said he could send someone the next morning. A tech arrived, came in, fussed with the disposal for a few minutes, said he had to go out to his truck to get some tools, and returned with an older gentleman who must have been in the truck and came in with a new disposal unit and told me the unit would have to be replaced for 580.00. I told them politely I was going to explore other options; he charged me 200.00 for a 15 minute visit. I called another plumber who came, unjammed my disposal in 10 minutes and charged me 105.00. I was very disappointed with this company and their employees. It is obvious they were determined from the initial call to sell and install a new disposal unit. I would not recommend this co. to anyone.

Millersville plumbing is honest, stands by their work, and reasonably priced compared to other plumbers. Any time we call with any questions or concerns, they come out quickly, diagnose expertly, respectfully, knowledgeablely and patiently answer all questions, and give us the best advice on what will save us money in the long run. They are very reasonably priced compared to other plumbers.

Made appt for site visit. They called the next day bc they didnt remember what the problem was, & also rescheduled for the following morning bc they would have more time.
No one came in the morning, at 1pm i called to say no one showed, and they said we we were next... no one called to advise they were running late or it would really be afternoon before they would arrive.
Too bad- It doesnt matter how good you are at something if you cant show up when youre supposed to.

Our main water pipe broke In the front yard causing a major leak under ground. I received quotes from four plumbing companies and found Millersville to be completely priced. I spoke with the owner Jack prior to the work being started, after the work was completed and again about a leak credit. Jack was pleasant and accommodating along with his crew. The three techs that worked on my property were all professional, showed up on time and completed the work quickly. I recommend Millersville Plumbing to anyone especially in the Crofton area as they seem to be familiar with the plumbing issues in the area.

We found some water spots on our ceiling and called Millersville to come take a look. They spent about 20 minutes explaining what might be wrong and gave us some great advice on how to treat it. They didn't even charge us.

Our Copper pipes sprang a pinhole leak over New Year's weekend. We have used Millersville Plumbing in the past and called them again for this issue. The worker came out and cut away some drywall to find the leak. He found the leak promptly and patched it but advised us we would have to replace all of our existing copper pipes, which we did in the spring with another plumber since the Millersville plumber said that was something they didn't do. (Having just typed this review, I find it odd that they said they didn't replace water lines, when their website says that is something they specialize in.)
When the weather warmed up this spring we realized that our air conditioner was not working.
When the HVAC repairman came out he found that the wire between the thermostat and the air conditioner had been cut. The cut was right at the hole where the Millersville Plumber had cut with his saw. (The hole was still there due to the impending copper pipe replacement)
Long story short $900 to have a new wire run and $400 to have the drywall patched over the new wire run.
We tried to contact Millersville plumbing over this, assuming that they had some type of insurance that covered this type of accident.
Starting the week of May 11, I began calling the Millersville Plumbing phone number weekly asking to speak to a manager. The person I spoke with would always hem and haw and say something to the effect of ""neither of us knew the wire was there"".
I didn't even know the PIPE was there. That's why I called a professional!
Over the next few weeks we would repeat the same phone call and I never heard from a manager. Until yesterday when the manager was the one who picked up the phone.
Once I told him the story he gave me the same reply, ""neither of us knew the wire was there"". When I asked if they would help defray the repair cost at all, he just kept repeating ""neither of us knew the wire was there"".
So I guess we will use a different plumber in the future. $1,300 lesson learned.

One of the most efficient, reliable, kindest plumbing companies I've ever dealt with. I've had them in several times for pin holes in my copper pipes. They have been responsive,
professional and clean up and take away when they are done. I recommend them by far from any other service. I'm glad I found them.

I cannot recommend Millersville Plumbing enough! They were very professional and quick to respond. We have used them twice. The second time was an emergency and they were right there. They were polite and did great work!!

I needed a new hot water heater plus installation. I also needed to have a shower fixed (it produced no hot water) and another toilet fixed ( Millersville Plumbing had already repaired one of my other toilets on a previous visit last year).

The price estimate for all of the work was great! I was expecting it to be much higher. And then, as always, the service was exceptional.

I have recommended Millersville Plumbing to over 50 people I know...and every one of them has thanked me. There are very few companies that I feel comfortable recommending to my friends, but I know Jack Pumphrey will take good care of them
