Millersville Plumbing is wonderful! Yesterday evening I turned on my kitchen faucet only to discover the pan under my sink was full of water. I immediately called Millersville Plumbing. Jack had one of his expert plumbers to my house within a hour. Brent quickly, efficiently, and without a mess installed a new garbage disposal. I also did not need to take time off from work waiting for a plumber to come the next day. Millersville Plumbing really gets the job done!

We hired Millersville Plumbing to replace our water line for over 10K. We specifically advised them of our outdoor lighting electric. They saw it in the first hole after carefully digging and did not hit it. They did however, hit it in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th holes. They subcontracted and paid an electrician to fix it. Less then three months later the electric does not work. We have contacted them and they have hung up the phone on us refusing to fix the issue.
Millersville Plumbing is stating that they contacted a lawyer to file suit to collect the electricians fee. Note-they never, ever, told us that was our fee or responsibility. We specifically told them and they saw the electric following the water line. They also hit the Fios line as well!
Also, they had to come back last week to fix the plumbing fitting they installed in the house that has already failed.
They state they have a ten year warranty and liability insurance. Well, we don't see that helping us any.

I had a gentleman come out to fix an outside bib valve that had been leaking. The work was done quickly, professionally, and the guy was great to talk to. Excellent work!

Several years past I called Millersville Plumbing for an estimate to patch my outside water line. They offered the best price so I went with them. They did a good job on the patch and I always recommended recommend them to others.

At this moment my neighbor and I both have leaking main water lines. We live in a townhome with very small front yards. Between the both of us we called several plumbers for estimates. My neighbors shutoff and some of thier pipes are in my yard so we wanted to have them fixed at the same time, by the same plumber. Figure it would be cheaper that way.

The other plumbers quoted one price if pipes were repaired separately and another price if repaired at same time. Being repaired at the same time was always the cheapest.

That is until Millersville Plumbing stopped by.

Millersville Plumbing wanted to charge us the price others quoted for having the pipes repaired separately. A higher cost of $800 per residence!!

We are already suffering with the broken water main, money is usually tight at this time of year as the holidays are just barely over. It isn't like money is flowing into our pockets like the water flowing out of our yards. Then for them to add insult to injury by trying to overcharge us!

So DISSAPPOINTED in Millersville Plumbing.

I will NEVER recommend them again!

Contacted Millersville Plumbing for a quote to replace an electric water heater. After telling them the year and make they knew my exact location.

The workers showed up on time. Covered our floors with tarps and got right to work. The entire job was completed in under 2 hours. They left the house as clean as when they arrived. Everyone was professional and courteous.

They did a fantastic and quick job on a leaking water line in front of our house. They were recommended to me by another plumber, because they specialize in water line replacement.

Apparently they've done a lot of these, because they did it quickly and with minimal fuss. Even though they had to dig some pits in our front yard, you could hardly tell where they had been working as they replaced all the grass and plants. All said and done, from the first shovel to the last tweaks on the inside, they were done in half a day.

5-year warranty on everything, by the way.

i JUST called them and they came within 2 hours and explained that my ""problem"" was not a real problem but just a loose connection. they could have easily played me and charged me hundreds. what they did was charge me NOTHING! the only ""condition"" was that i give them a chance when i had a real problem. WOW! what a great company
