I called them as the toilet wasn't working and we only have one bathroom. I called 3 other plumbers prior and none could come until the end of the week or the week after. They were very accommodating and came in a couple of hours. I was quoted a price on the phone if it were the main line. They were extremely polite, efficient, and after inspecting the septic it was full. I had it cleaned out in December. We called Big Willie to come and clean it out again. He arrived in 1/2 hour and they worked together to fix the problem. We were thinking $$$$ but in the end they were much less than quoted as it wasn't the main line. They were very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will definitely call Zack again for any further plumping issues should they arise. Great value, quality and knowledge was superb and my toilet is working again thank God and Zack owner of Miller's Sewer & Drain and Big Willie. You guys are the best.

Zack is fabulous! Called him on a Saturday and he called me right back and gcame to fix my problem. Totally unrelated there was an additional problem;after in the day and he came back and would not take any money for returning to help with my new problem. I recommend him highly..such a great guy and knows his business very well!
