I had a completely new HVAC system installed and this was a hassle free process from start to finish. Noel was responsive, professional and very polite. His quote was more than fair and his knowledge of his trade was very comforting. Ashton and the crew that installed the system went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that everything was installed to perfection. I will be using them for all my future projects.

From the initial meeting with the owner, Neil Miller, to discuss a new furnace/humidifier/air conditioner system installation, Miller's Nu-Tech was all about high level customer service at every turn.
The 2 day installation and subsequent follow up was an overall exceptional experience.
This company honestly is a bit more expensive than others, but is worth it.
The technicians: Brett, Ed, Joe and Matt (front office) and Bridget (back office re: rebates: are all personable, respectful, honest and took the time in explaining options available with costs in mind. The two technicians practiced safe measures at all times in lieu of the Covid virus precautions; they even wore masks while working in a very large open basement area!
Highly recommend Miller's Nu-tech Plumbing and Heating. There is no need to research further!

As usual Miller's Nu-Tech did a great job. Nathan was here today fixing our pool heater with a new control unit. Last year at end of season he recommended the proper part which we ordered online. This season was the install and it was completed quickly and everything is working great. They were dressed for Covid and treated us awesome, as always. I would recommend them without question for every need.

We moved to Monroe several months ago and called Miller Nu-Tech when another local company told us we had serious issues with our furnace. Their service tech came out and told is that there were no issues, it was just old. They could have told us at that time we needed a new furnace and we would have purchased at that time, but they were honest! Fast forward several months and we have now had Miller Nu-Tech replace our furnace and A/C, and they did a GREAT job installing both at a fair price. I would highly recommend Miller Nu-Tech services!

I recently had a service call to my condo that, due to some scheduling miscommunication, didn't happen as intended. When I called their office, everyone treated me with respect and a great deal of professionalism despite my frustration. They resolved the issue, and now they're replacing my boiler as well. Not only are they professional in their service, they are competitive in their pricing and provide excellent performance in their trade, as evidenced in all their yard signs around town. If you have a plumbing, heating, or A/C job, don't commit until you get an estimate from Miller's nu-tech.

I tried to switch from my previous AC/ hearing company to Miller NU tech. Took a lot longer than I thought for the initial estimate, but the install of the new line to a vent free fireplace was the next day after the estimate. Based upon my reading install costs on Angie's List, mine was $$$. No issues with the install, other than very expensive.
The following winter, when my heater quit working, Miller could fit me in in 2 weeks. It was 27 degrees and I had no heat. They said they were busy. I said good bye forever. Expensive and they feel a 2 week response for no heat in the winter is OK for a customer. Not this customer.

I have a 113 year old home so I'm frequently running across plumbing and heating issues. I previously tried other local companies but I was never terribly pleased with the service I received. I tried Miller's and have been using them ever since. Everyone, from their office staff to their service technicians, is incredibly professional and courteous. They respond quickly to service requests and they're efficient. Their attention to detail really sets them apart. I highly recommend Miller's.
