Lucy B.I am amazed with Joshua's patience and attention to detail. Had two bathrooms updated and with an old house, whatever could go wrong *did* go wrong. I went with Miller & Sons because they were the only one out of 3 quotes that didn't say I needed to rip tile off the skirting of my tub. He said it *could* happen and gave me the price for that. It didn't need to come off and I am so grateful! His attention to detail before he left was beyond exceptions. After everything today, my estimate only went up for a part that was the wrong size and installation of overflow and stoppers. About $150 which shocked me. I will not hesitate to use Miller and Sons again and hopefully they are willing to come back to my house

Miller and sons made it out in under a half hour, diagnosed the problem (root blockages) and cleared the line within an hour. Fantastic job, great customer service and highly competitive prices.
