The best plumber ever! They really take care of you and do what is right. I had a render that broke a water line, and they fixed it right away, even went back the same day when the renter said one sink wasn't working right! Highly recommended!

Was quoted wrong price for a clogged line. Received a call the next with an apology and they offered the difference back. I had no complaints over the work done. They were here in less than 1 hour and the line was cleared with in 30 minutes.

Very capable and friendly plumber (Victor) took out the old water heater and putting in the new in a highly knowlegeable and professional manner. Had the new water heater up and running in no time... Cleaned up his mess.. I could not be happier with this company. Victor was very friendly as well.

I left glowing review with the 1st plumber but I had 2 me plumber out did not help sewer smell! 3 rd time should be the charm right ! wrong 1 scrawny kid came out with a late 20 early 30 man I guess he was a liceensed plumber but neither one said not much to me I was having $450 smoke test as I did everything else they recommended like getting sewer pumped! I watched these 2 men outside my bedroom window abd no one opened the styrofoam bl city that opens to view sewer drains but they did no one of that they put some cheap screw on thing to leach field pipe ! I was cooking a really garlicky soup was strong so neither could smell sewer but the could and I told them it is coming up from floor the 3rd guy came out but in meantime I removed soup put outside opened windows put fans to blow out garlic smell using 3 fans and opening just about window ! But the 3 rd guy did smell sewer but what to hell they did not check second bathroom or my husband bedroom abd other bedroom ! So the 2 older men went outside in front shooting the breeze and standing by that 3 rd man's black pickup ! So why they thought they needed to replace the ax ring to my toilet is crazy act as it was just replace by my husband ! I went out as that teen was I. Out of my bedroom that went to my toilet I went out to water my tomatoes ! I came in and there was a shitty mess all over the bathroom floor i got strong bleach abd cleaned the filthy floor abd the kid who's work should have been watched as he can not be a licensed plumber no way he was thin scrawny kid they charged me $450 ! I came back in and noticed my RONSON VARAFLAME lighter missing it was gone ! It is vintage was my dead brother is silver metal with gold V ! I am so gr mad I could go over to Miller plumbing and have or give them theives a thing a 2 ! We don't have theives working for us ! I said really get serious there is always a damn thief abd this kid toook it she said we changed the wax ring ! I said $450 for a wax ring that did not need changing ! I'm still have sewer smell and I asked them to check this kid as kids like it as it adjustable flame for smoking crak or pot or just because they dont make them anymore ! I am a bitch and let me tell you I will bring your company down to your knees ! I will call licenseing board abd I will trash your company all over internet cause no body wants a teen unsupervised put a wax ring in and then pocket my f lighter ! He is probably a Miller boy that is why you are telling me stupid shit ! i am Not done with you I asked you to check this kid to see if he this lighter on him ! You gd deny he steals ! Give m a break and what smoke test ! I saw not a puff of smoke . His name should be on recpt ! Abd you were not even aware a 3 rd plumber or should. I say a 2 nd plumber came out but a trainee a nit wit changed a wax ring that did not need changing ! Anything for ovecharging me as not a damn thing was explained! Nothing ! Miller & Sons was a referral. When they came out I got good service. Leak under sink and it was fixed. The fellow that came out and on the phone I was not told that the cement was not included. I paid 328.50 for the total bill and the $95.00 was not put on my invoice, or was taken off of my bill. I was told by the office that the $95.00 would be applied to the bill. I was told that my ins. adjuster needed to look at the wet cement under the sink and call when the adjuster came out. Called to let them know and I found out that I had to pay another $95.00 and also had to pay $15.00 for the cement. I disputed the amount and was given an adjustment of $62.00. This was never told to me that I had to pay another $95.00 which upset me after paying 328.50. I will not use them again as I do not like anyone not conveying everything to me. I understand about paying the $15.00 for the cement but not the $95.00 again when they did not complete the job fully.

The worst experience I have ever had with a contractor doing work on my hose, They installed a new faucet in my shower, put it in backwards, the hot setting was for cold water, the colds water setting was for hot water. Installed new garbage disposal unit improperly, the worker who came out to fix it said """"The top of the unit was not tighten right and that caused the leaking"""" . Two years in business, don't think they will make it to three.Use them at your own risk.

Chad did a great job. He discussed the problem and what he was doing as he worked, since I was interested. He finished fairly quickly and cleaned up the area. I recommend them.

Brandon was excellent. Great on-site customer service. Took the time to educate me on what he was doing, why it was important, and what to look for in the future from a risk or maintenance standpoint. I really appreciated that and would use/request his services again. I would give Miller & Son 5 stars, except that I felt the scheduling and intake request process could be strengthened. In the front office there was a mix up on my appointment and although I gave a list of the services I was requesting - that list didn't quite make it to Brandon. (Even though I shared the list at the time of request and when I called to confirm the appointment.) Even so, Brandon didn't skip a beat when he arrived and completed everything I requested. Great job!
