I had to call Miller Sewer for a clog in my house trap. They were unable to locate my cleanout. The supervisor told me how to locate it, I have a lot of furniture in my basement, carpeted. I found the cleanout and called them back they came promptly and it was after hours and promptly cleared my drain. They not only cleared my drain but educated me at the same time. I always use Miller Drain and refer them to everybody. Thanks

Fantastic experience! Our main basement drain clogged was overflowing into my basement - yuck! We were able to get an appointment the same morning I called. The service tech, Bob, was very knowledgeable and a focused worker. My house was built in the 50's so I had more build up than the average home. Bob was able to clear out the drain to the street! The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This company is horrible they are more backed up then our drains are when they left. has service in July and paid the bill. After notices to pay we called and received a sorry from the owner. Another notice today and we called and the wife of the owner treated us like dirt and stated we are dishonest. We have a credit card receipt thank god! She also spoke down to us and made fun of our home, she stated we are no good. We are good and paid the bill even though our plumbing is still a problem. It would have been nice if she said hang on let me check or please send us a copy. No she was very angry and defensive. Bed side manners at the house poor but they get that from the owner. Would not ever recommend or call on them again.
