After multiple visits and spending hundreds of dollars within a 2 month period, Millers could not fix my malfunctioning thermostat. I called another local company and they found and fixed the problem immediately. The problem was in the blower itself and not the thermostat as Miller had indicated. i am very disappointed in their knowledge...or should I say, 'lack of.'

Brian did an awesome job! He was courteous, kind to our dog, and got the jobs we needed done efficiently. He replaced our toilet and connected the water to our fridge in one trip saving us time and expense. We really appreciated his professionalism overall.

We recently had to replace an air conditioner unit. We bought the unit from Miller's and had them do the installation. There were a couple of men here but we worked with Travis. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful and pleasant. He made sure we were happy with the job results and went over both Miller's warranty plus the manufacturer's (Trane) warranty. He went above and beyond his job.
Were we happy that we had to purchase a new air conditioner? No. But we were very happy with Miller's and their crew.

Fast and reliable service. The technician did a fantastic job and was really friendly. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my furnace as well as all he did to fix it. It was also on the weekend (outside their normal business hours) so I appreciate it even more that they took time to help us out. If I ever have any heating or cooling issues I'm calling Millers. They are the best.

I have never had an issue with Millers. They installed my electric a/c units. They were upfront with the costs and even told me about an upcoming special to hold off another couple of weeks for ordering so I could get the special pricing. When they service them on a yearly basis to keep my warranty up (which they also disclosed when I purchased the units this would need to be done, not everyone does that and expects you to read the fine print) they are always very reasonable with scheduling as my husband and I both work.
