Alicia who answers the phone is awesome at customer service!!! So professional and helpful. I called for my sister who was working and had to have the gas company shut off her gas last night because of a leak. I could tell they were swamped but she said she would call me right back after talking to her boss. Alicia did that and they are squeezing my sister in this morning!!
I love small town living! We just moved back to Anita after retirement and I love how caring small towns are. I highly recommend Miller Plumbing Heating Electric and Cooling!

We have used Miller many tones as they accept work from American Home Shield. The workers have always been professional & friendly. All my questions are answered & they explain things in a way I can understan. When we are ready to add a central air unit (not covered by AHS) I will definitely use Miller!

We hired Miller Plumbing & Heating to come install a cattle water in one of our lots. They came when the weather was alright to do the digging and piping then left for two weeks telling us they wanted the dirt to settle in order to pour the concrete pad. Two weeks later (and a phone call to their office to remind them) they came back to pour the pad. Not only did they arrive past the time that was told to us but they didn't call us (said they forgot) to let us know they were not going to come back after pouring the Quikrete after they guaranteed the project would be done that day. This caused major chaos since we had to lock our cattle out of the lot where Miller was working and away from their only water source. When this project is done we will not be doing business with them any more. If they get rid of their office manager/scheduling manager then we may entertain the idea of utilizing their services again. Very disappointed as they used to be the 'go to' for all of our plumbing/heating needs.

The work was fine, but I just paid over $175. an hour for them
Thats twice what I pay a plumber in DM.
Be sure ask what its going to cost before you hire.
