These guys are thieves. Quoted a job for $20,000+ and I actually had another plumber come in and do it for $600. Stay away from these guys.

Absolutely awful! Got an estimate on the phone for a,water heater, however after installation the guy raised the price and denied that he gave me the initial estimate on the phone. Over priced....dishonest....SCAM!! I will never do business with this company again.

STAY AWAY! Way over-priced, young inexperienced staff and Eric Miller doesn't stand by his word. Charged me $495 for a kitchen faucet, which was installed improperly. When I asked for my money back, he said he'd split it with me and only charge me half! They came back, took the faucet and haven't reimbursed me one cent! Now they don't return my calls! Here's the tip off, no matter what time you call this company, night or day, you'll get a recording saying they are on the other line with a customer, they say leave a message and we'll get back to you within 5 to 15 minutes. This is their way of screening their calls, if you are looking for a SERVICE, they'll call you back, if you are calling with a complaint about their service or a problem you had with their service, they don't call you back. Check out the other reviews about them here on Yelp, REPEAT STAY AWAY!!

Just sent these people away. The price was double what other places charge to snake a sewer. They didn't state a price until they got here, when we said it was way too high, they insisted on a $39.00 fee because they came to the house. This has never happened before when we've had businesses come to the house for estimates. STAY AWAY, total rip-off.

Do not use this company!!! Service tech told me the A/C was leaking Freon and causing my condensate pump to freeze. $3995 for a new system. Got a second opinion. The second company's tech was in my house for five minutes and had it fixed. I had gunk clogging my condensate drain line. Turns out I don't even have a condensate pump. I called Miller to refund my money and the guy hung up on me. SCAMMERS!

Do NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!
Charged us $70 to come and tell us we will need $800 to get it running again, but they were not sure that will work. A new AC unit is what we need - $4000.
We almost went ahead and agreed....thank God we did not.
AC was fixed for $80, yes $80 and it took the other guy 5min.
How can you run a business like this?!? So Disgusted with this company.

Had a very unpleasant experience with a 'local' plumbing company. I was looking for a plumber to handle a relatively-simple job of unclogging a toilet that has eluded my expertise (not much, but always successful to date). I did a Google search and up popped Miller Plumbing Heating and Cooling, AKA Miller Electric Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I should have listened to my gut, which says to ignore any business that advertises on Google, but checked out their website, and there was a coupon, so why not, right? I called and asked how much it would be and was told the diagnosis fee was $39.00 and then they would give me a quote. ""Come on out."" They show up, listen to my explanation and say that it'll be $250 to snake the drain! Then they spent the next 10 minutes trying to guilt me into paying the diagnosis fee and/or sign their form. Watch out for this company! Just did a little more research and there's a TON of warnings about them. I feel that they deliberately mislead me when I asked for pricing info in advance.

This company is just a rip off!!! Miller Plumbing charged me for an estimate and wanted $250.00 a hour to replace a kitchen sink and faucet. It is ridiculous and outrageous to charge prices like this. So of course, I went with another company. Please don't waste your time like I did.

This is a letter that I sent to the owner of the company with no response.

Mr. Miller,
I wanted to give you feedback with the service I received on February 17, 2015. On that day, I woke up with no hot water. After searching the Yellow Pages, I decided to call your company for service. First, the response time of a call back was fantastic. After leaving a message, a received a return call within 10 minutes. The second call back to schedule the actual service call was fantastic too. The technician was very nice and informed me that I would be charged a service call of $39.95. No problem. While on the phone with the technician, we determined that just replacing the hot water tank would be a better long term strategy than trying to fix it. I agreed but decided he would make that call once he actually inspected the tank because maybe it would be just an easy fix. Great service. I informed him of the water tank size and exchanged all the necessary information. Before we hung up though, I asked what would be the charge for just replacing the hot water tank. He informed me company policy is to not exchange that information over the phone. A lot was dependent on the job than the actual tank itself. I've replaced a few electric hot water tanks with minimal easy so I figured how bad could this be since it was newer construction and the tank was free and clear of all obstacles. I would have tackled this project myself too but since it was gas, I was a little more apprehensive. So based on a normal tank cost of $400-$600, I figured how bad could the labor be. Maybe $200-300. When the technician came out and gave me his price, I nearly fell over. $1,396 to replace with a sub-par hot water tank!!!! And then if I chose NOT to have the tank replaced, I was still going to be charged the $39.95 for the trip charge. I have NEVER been charged to what I consider to be an estimate. I knew, as well as you, your technician was going to push for a new tank rather than fix the old one. Again, the old tank was around 8 yrs.' old so I get it. Your business practice is atrocious. If I had not already taken the day off for this issue, I would have found someone else to fix the problem. At any rate, I paid it for nothing else than to put the hot water tank issue behind me. However what you did accomplish is to never have repeat business from me again. In addition, I will not recommend your company to any family, friends or neighbors. When you live in a plan of homes, as I am sure you are aware, people look for recommendations when they see work vehicles in driveways. I find it interesting that you would try to take advantage of consumers on such a low ticket product with the risk of losing repeat business on higher ticket items. Oh yeah, the technician said if I had been a repeat customer I would have been eligible for a discount. Really????
