Perfect plumber! Hunter was competent, affordable, and honest. He repaired a leaking pipe in our wall. We asked him if additional repair was needed on another section, and he said it wasn't needed--this was refreshing because another plumber tried to upsell me on hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repairs and memberships. This is the second time Miller Bros have offered great service. Highly recommend!

called them this morning needing a faucet replaced. They were able to get Tommy over here at noon. He and the young man he had working with him were promt and professional. They answered all my questions. This is the third time I have used these folks and it is consistently great service. I don't know where they stand as far as pricing because I dont shop them.

I called them out to fix the pipe under my kitchen sink and to also fix my outdoor cutoff which seemed to be rusted and couldn't be turned. They fixed those or so I thought. the cutoff is on the side of my house that I never go to and I didn't think I needed to check up on their work. Well guess I shouldn't have trusted they could do their job properly. Because fast forward a few months and I go out to measure the new pipe so I can winterize and find I have a pretty significant leak where they had replaced the pipe and cutoff. Call them back out and Im informed they could charge me because I waited to long after the job was completed. However I was watching so when they realized their guy had forgot the o-ring, he told me again that he could charge me, but he wasn't going to because he obviously forgot the O-ring. Well thought that was the end of it. But when I finally get out there to cover the pipes before the upcoming freeze I find that it is still leaking only such a little amount you can't tell until you trying to make sure it is completely dry so you can cover it. This time I call a different plumber and guess what it wasn't done properly so now I'm out the original cost of fixing it and now have to pay someone else to fix what they messed up. I recommend if you value your money and time at all they you stay far away from this company.

Called them to fix a leak in the bathroom shower. I had what I hoped was the needed part. They changed out the part using my part and charged me $170 but the leak continued. I called them again and supplied additional parts by manufacturer's numbers. They checked locally and could not find the needed parts so they shrugged and went on to their next customer. I called the manufacturer and they are shipping the parts to me. Miller Bros. should have refunded my money as they failed to fix my problem and have no interest in doing so. Beware!

Extremely disappointed in this company. I have always been a very understanding person, especially during the most recent bad weather causing an extreme amount of problems and property damage for so many folks. They showed up the following morning of what they had said - Fine, no problem there. My husband had cut away the drywall and had done some initial investigating for leaks. All that was needed was a little saudering, and about 6" of copper pipe with 2 couplings. Easy fix, that if they could not complete the work...they should have stated that! But, they cut and capped an end to turn on water which was great, but did not fix it and charged $240.00 for literally a "Bandaid". After 2 calls, they have yet to get back with us. It has been 3 weeks. Needless to say - they took advantage of a desperate situation - the need /desire for water. I don't care how long they have been in service, very poor ethics as far as I'm concerned. We have since gone out and bought the equipment to fix it ourselves. VERY POOR SERVICE! FYI - this is my very first review of a company, so if that says anything!!!!

Provided excellent service by Miller Bothers. Honest and reliable, came out to diagnose the problem and didn't even charge ended up needing a new water, no pressure to buy from Millers. Tommy and his assistant Hunter replaced the water heater without issue. Replaced with a Rheem heater much better than the original and Tommy offered a few suggestions on how to pro-long the life of the water heater. Would definitely recommend Miller Brothers... Support your local contractors.

We have used Miller Bros Plumbing several times over the years for our plumbing needs and we highly recommend them because they are prompt, professional, treat our home w respect for a good price! This morning our water disposal started leaking so we called for repairs. Tommy came to our home in less than an hour after we called. He completed our repair quickly for a fair price and left no mess. We are very pleased!

They came to reconnect a dishwasher(which they installed before), they finished the job in 30 mins. They over charged me for 160$ , Also charged me extra 40$ for trip , although the house is in Conroe which is less than 10 miles from there office. Will not use them again.
