Miller Bros is simply the best. Jim and his brother are trustworthy, stand-up guys, not only that they are experts in their field. They take good care of their customers. I always know with MB I am in good hands. Do not hesitate to use them~ they are fantastic!

Miller bros plumbing and heating has been in business for decades. They are experts in their field and my family has been a customer of theirs for years. Recently I put in a new gas burner which I'm so glad I switched to gas. They explained everything to me and were very professional during the entire installation. I would strongly recommend this business.

I had a frozen pipe in the winter and I had no running water in the kitchen. I called Miller and the plumber came very fast. He took a look of the frozen pipe, went to the basement, and said there's nothing he could do. He gave me an invoice for $150. When I called the other plumber, he was able to fix the frozen pipe so the job could have been done by Miller if they were a decent plumber?

Longstanding family-owned business who delivers quickly and responds well to emergencies. In both cases, they give FREE estimates and their professionalism, honesty, experience and friendliness show in the work they did for me. What they quoted is what I paid! I really enjoyed meeting John Miller, one of the owners and although I hope I don't have any plumbing issues anytime soon, I will definitely call on them again. #goodjobnoelandwill

The service was good . They came on time and did the necessary work. Then the bill came . For 2 hours and 45 minutes of labor I was charged $ 738.00 When I questioned it I was given a brief rundown and then blown off. Now I know for the next time. BEWARE You will get ripped off. I guess I'm in the wrong line of work.

Very expensive. Called me 7 pm and 7 am for my credit card to pay the invoice. I never saw a copy or received the invoice, but Jim expected to be paid. $150 labor an hour is over the top. Not the way to do business. I would give them a ""0"" except the serviceman was ok. I will not use miller plumbing again. Avoid this business.

First the positive. They are prompt which is sometimes hard to find in plumbers. All plumbers are expensive, so they fit right in. I've used them 3 times. This one being the last. First experience was 3/5 stars when they installed my boiler. Second was when they did my basement bathroom pump and a 30 minute job cost me $900 because they had to wait for a part. Last experience was the boiler didn't turn on and they replaced a part and it still didn't work properly, but they were adamant that they fixed it. Since then I switched to another Plumber who fixed the problem by doing a diagnostics test. Less money and I have had consistent heat.

I have used Miller Bros a number of times. This Sunday I had a pipe break in a basement kitchen sink. Miller Bros sent a plumber who was quick, did a great job and left no mess. Really pleased and feel good recommending them!

Be very careful of this company, they will perform unnecessary work and charge a premium. Any quotes for a larger project please get a second opinion. They were at least 16% higher out of 4 companies I called.

Also very outdated in their ability & thinking; unable to work with the more current products on the market.
