I had a good experience with Millennium. They were able to send a technician the very next morning, Luis, who was very professional and went straight to work. The price was a lot less than what another company quoted me. And Luis discovered that the pipe in question wasn't truly a pipe, but the builder took shortcuts to make it look like a drainage pipe, but it wasn't. He also checked another drain area and found the same thing. I appreciate his honesty!

The process to schedule an appointment was very east. They had an appt the very next day despite contacting them the evening before. They were also quick to keep us updated as to their eta and also was able to come earlier since they were in the area. I was given two options for the toilet repair and reasonable costs for each route depending on what they would find. They uninstalled our toilet and found a foam letter our toddler had flushed down the toilet and was blocking the outlet. No toilet replacement was necessary and they were quick, efficient cleaned up at the end. I will be keeping this company in mind for future projects or repairs!

The old galvanized water main line into our house suddenly burst, leaving us with a huge volume of water leaking into the foundations. We received several quotes from plumbing companies in the area, and Millennium was one of the more reasonable. The owner, Luis, was very thorough in explaining the process and plans for repairing the line, and his team was quick to provide an estimate for the work. While other companies quoted us several days to repair and were insistent on trenching my sidewalk and driveway, Millennium was able to perform a trenchless replacement with the minimal amount of damage to my property. There were unexpected issues during install in regard to existing lines, but the team was quick to correct those and I couldn't be happier to have everything in working order. This is a small, family-owned and operated business who does great work, and I will definitely be calling them in the future and recommending their team to my friends and family.

Millennium has come to our building several times for different reasons and each time we've had to call them back because of the problem they caused we paid them several thousand dollars to line an existing sewer which was done so poorly we had to have it completely redone. Most recently, when they were repairing a small leak in our kitchen, they actually cut through the pipe and now will not come back and fix it. In fact, they will not respond to me at all. I would not recommend using this company for any of your plumbing needs? There are so many other reputable companies. Don't waste your time and money here.

I had my doubts that they could fix it why? Will I had a diff plumber come out for 1 bathroom clog and he used the snake and found dirt coming back from the snake. In other words, he said it was going to cost more $ to go down the crawl space and check if the pipe broke etc... from there it was going to cost and arm and leg and I said no. I decided to use the 1 bathroom for a year and not used the clogged bathroom and and sure thing my original bathroom that was clog was clogging my 2nd bathroom and now my sink. So now I have 3 clogs and what's worst was that the toilets were backing up when someone flush the toilet and fecal was coming out from the shower. At that point I had no bathrooms and no sink! I called millennial and it took them 2 days to fix the problem and they didn't even have to go under my crawl space.
