We had tankless water heater issues. Rory at millennium plumbing, walked me through the whole entire process. We had it diagnosed as needed to be repaired and replaced. This company is exceptional. Also his right hand man Kato did a top notch job, he will get just as much credit as he did a fantastic job. We're very pleased on our water heater. He also added a instant hot water, line to the kitchen, which is well worth, every penny, will not use any other plumber, except for millennium, plumbing, the fact that he walked me through every process, and everything about this particular water heater made me comfortable with the whole entire job. Rory Rickets, owner of Millennium Plumbing, replaced my faucet and fixed my leak under the sink and my front, leaking outdoor hose bib. Rory explained the process and extra options and details (removing hoses, fixtures to a nonexistent filtration system, various faucet choices, etc.) and communicated pricing and fees with me throughout the process.
