Millennium Plumbing could not have been more responsive or helpful. Our 3rd floor sink valve was leaking badly and Millennium was the only plumber who could come out the same day to stop the leak (I had other plumbers tell me they couldn't come until Saturday even though this was an emergency job). The service tech Dave was friendly and walked me through all of the problems and options we had. He also checked out all of the other bathrooms and sinks to make sure there weren't any other problems. He stopped the leak and then came back the next morning to replace the valves.

In summary, they took advantage of me having a plumbing emergency by selling and charging me more than needed, and then their work was defective and leaked not once, but twice. Several sections of drywall in my basement are now moldy and will need to be replaced. They did come back out to fix the defective laundry pumps they installed, but did not admit that the water leak was from their pump and suggested it was coming from elsewhere, which caused me a lot of grief trying to figure out where it was coming from (it was at the back of the pump against the wall and was a small drip that went along my uneven basement floor to below the washing machine, so it was not obvious). No refund, no money for the drywall or aggravation.

I got an independent person to look at their work, he confirmed the leak in my basement was from their pump even though they didn't admit it after they came back out. He questioned their choice of laundry pump and told me that some plumbers push parts you don't need because they make commission on the sale of parts. The pump install was $950, likely twice what an appropriate laundry pump would have been somewhere else (it was several times larger than what I had previously and what my neighbors have). They also didn't cap a couple pipes they were supposed to, apparently.

And they are not MHIC licensed, so I can't get my money back through the MHIC insurance fund. I should have checked this first, and also I should have got a quote before they got out there, both mistakes on my part that I won't make again.

Ricardo was on time, professional, clear & honest about the burst pipe in the basement of my TV Hill mill-worker house (120 years old) and he did a great job replacing to cast iron with PVC. The price was half of what ""Len"" thought it should cost, & I could tell the savings were low overhead & lack of advertising budget! Highly recommended.

I was having flooding issues in my basement. Contacted Millennium Plumbing & Heating due to their great online reviews with Google+. They located the source of the problem and fixed the issue... That is, for the time being. In the process of resolving the issue, they didn't do anything on time and had myriad excuses as to reasons. They also tore up my front yard, thinking that's where the pipe was but didn't use the scope to verify; it turns out the pipe wasn't going under my front yard but under the driveway. So they tore up the front yard for nothing and then tore up the driveway to fix the pipe. After fixing the pipe, they didn't cover it with gravel, as I've been told any company doing this type of work should know to do. At least prior to today I could say that they at least did the job well. Well, I don't know if the issue has turned up again due to their not using gravel to secure it but I'm starting to see similar issues in my basement that I saw prior to when I first contacted them.

Great experience. Heard a funny noise in our house, called several plumbers, millennium plumbing was the only one to provide an immediate response (no one else could come until the next day). The guy was great, found a leaky pipe, and prevented us from having a huge problem/damage. Will definitely recommend.

This company wanted $589 for a busted pipe job.

This pipe was easily accessible and did not require any wall removal. This job would have taken less then thirty minutes.

The estimate giving to us:

To replace small section (less then 2 feet) of 1/2 copper pipe with 2 Shark bite fittings. We will turn on water and test for leaks.

$589

Totally great experience. Had a line freeze and burst, they came out as soon as they could and on the day of the appt 3 hours earlier. The service tech Keith was exceptional. He performed a highly professional repair, tested the system and was very informative as well. Would definitely recommend for any potential jobs.

I called Millennium Plumbing and Heating to inspect my water heater and tell me if it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. The plumber was extremely rude to me and insulted me when I asked him a plumbing question. His quote was over two times more expensive than the quote I got from other plumbing companies. I paid $39 for horrible customer service and an extremely overpriced quote. The technician seemed to think that I wouldn't know better so he overpriced his quote. Do not use Millennium!!

The worst plumbers in Baltimore. Run, do not walk. I paid more than twice what I should have for a hot water heater that was faulty and installed dangerously. We ended up with a gas leak forcing us to evacuate our house. They also put in a new stand pipe, during which our washer hose was disconnected and, which promptly flooded our basement. We've had to have everything they did redone. Please learn from our mistake.
