Had Millcreek come and diagnois a water leak that appeared in our basement. The leak was coming from an addition that was added onto the side of the house and the addition was on a concrete pad. Tony located the break in the sewer line within minutes of arriving and then scoped the line to verify. Upon scoping the line we found that we had some sections of the line that were still clay and that's where it failed. So instead of breaking up the floor in the house Tony suggested digging outside by the edge of the addition where the line met the city sewer line. Tony and the crew lined the sewer pipe from the city line under the house passed the breaks and to first drain in that line. It was a two day process which we were told it would be and they even added a clean out outside for future use. Cool process and saved us the hassle of dealing with breaking up the concrete slab and digging inside our living space to fix the break, what a mess that would be not to mention having to replace flooring, which would have been a expense because you can't get flooring to match depending on what kind it is and the age. Great job, great communication from the office to Tony calling us to tell us when he would here and people where coming to mark utilities. Highly commended!!!
