Founded in 2002, Millcreek Plumbing originated as a community plumbing service with roots in general contracting. We have evolved from serving our local community to being recognized as one of Salt Lake City's leading plumbing firms. Our family-operated company is guided by three key principles that have fueled our success for over two decades: upholding high standards of cleanliness on all jobs, providing quality craftsmanship with the right techniques and top-notch materials, and bringing extensive experience to solve problems efficiently. From emergency repairs to complete remodels, we have established enduring relationships with clients across the Salt Lake Valley who count on us to address their plumbing needs with skill and consideration.

In 2002, Jordan established Millcreek Plumbing after beginning his plumbing career in high school with a local company. His commitment to transparency and educating customers led to meeting his wife during a service call— while he was fixing her stop and waste valve, and he took the opportunity to show her how to manage the issue herself if it occurred again. She admired his integrity and his readiness to help instead of just taking a payment. Dan entered the family business shortly after it was established, following in his brother Jordan's footsteps in the plumbing trade. Dan obtained his journeyman's license and demonstrates his skills beyond conventional plumbing by creating his own energy-efficient, passive-solar home from the ground up. The brothers together bring decades of practical experience with a family-oriented approach that emphasizes educating customers and performing honest work across Salt Lake City.

Dan cleared the drain in about 20 minutes. Knowledgeable, competent, courteous. Could not ask for better.

Made the mistake of calling Whipple first. SUpposed to be here at 8, arrived an hour late. The guy they sent was incompetent. Could not even find my home despite having GPS. Tried a snake withe a screw driver, then used the electric snake. Claimed the floor drain hole was too small, despite being a standard 2 inches. Save your time and money: DON""T CALL Whipple, call MIllcreek first.

My first experience with Millcreek plumbing was great. They arrived right on time (really! They said they would be here around 11 and Dan pulled up right at 11). At first he was stumped by my problem but play detective until he figured it out. He could've charged me more and I wouldn't have known different, instead, he found the problem within the hour and fixed it for minimum $$. I will definitely call them again.

They came out and replaced a unilever a few days after my initial call. They did a professional job. I felt like I was overcharged but I checked with Duncan Plumbing and they said it was a reasonable charge. Whipple would have charged more.

We have used Jordan at Millcreek Plumbing several times on our older home that has had plumbing issues. He stays with the problem until it is fixed and is very reasonably priced. I recommend Millcreek to all of our family and friends.

Dan from Millcreek plumbing just left my house. That was by far the best plumbing experience I have ever had. He quoted me a price and arrived within the hour of the call at a time we both agreed. Not only did he unclog my drain, he explained that disposals are 99% of the time the culprit. The basement bathroom sink had drain water coming up into it from the upstairs kitchen sink drain (really gross....). I also had a problem a former plumber had tried to fix three times (and never fixed it). Dan identified the problem correctly. Next, a toilet was struggling to fully flush. He instantly identified a simple hard water build up. As he finished up, he gave me the total as $1 less than the phone quote even with the extra two items!! He was professional, friendly, informative and I would recommend Millcreek plumbing to anyone. I have lived in the home for over20 years and regardless of my plumbing needs, I will always contact Millcreek first.

Have used these guys several times in the 16 years I've lived in the valley. They just replaced my water heater and gave free advice on a couple of other issues. Great guys...never disappoint. Professional, honest, reasonable, and on time. Just had to say thanx and write a review. Would not hesitate to call.

Our water heater sprung a leak and started flooding the basement at midnight. After searching Yelp for a reputable plumber, I left a voice mail for Millcreek Plumbing in the middle of the night (knowing they are not a 24 hour service.) I got a call first thing that morning from them and they were at my house very promptly once we agreed to the service. Dan showed up. He was a guy I would completely trust to be in my home without anyone home. He and his partner were quick, clean and did a great job for a fair price. After being burned by one the larger plumbing shops which advertises on the radio, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.

Awesome Company! Called Millcreek plumbing and they were able to come out 30 minutes later. Jordan was excellent and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things in a way a non plumber guy would understand. :-)

He had my issue resolved in 30 minutes.

Fast, friendly and very on the ball.

Going to use them again if the needs arises and recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a clog I needed cleaned out of a lateral drain pipe. Jordan took my call, quoted a price less than the and dispatched a guy out -Miguel- who arrived in less than 60 minutes after I called. Miguel was clean, professional, and made 100% sure we were good to go before he left. Prompt service and a fair price is important to me, particularly for one of those things that seemingly just happens as part of owning an older home. I would not hesitate to call Millcreek Plumbing again when I need help with obstructed plumbery.

Called these guys at 8:15 AM about a backed up floor drain in my basement and by 10:30 AM I was saying goodbye to their technician and hello to a clean sewer line. Dan and I discussed the situation over the phone and he gave me two prices depending on whether I only needed a lateral line cleaned out or the main line. He was almost certain it was only the lateral and sure enough that was the problem. For $129 the job was done professionally and super quickly.
