Buyer beware!!! One star is being generous. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with for service. The low ratings on all service platforms (Yelp, Google, HomeAdviser and Angie's list should be telling.
They put a replacement septic pump in and 6 months later it was toast. Their technician took the ""lazy"" route diagnosing the issue and didn't even or should I say could not pull the pump out of the septic tank because instead of using a screw on clamp decided to glue it. So he chalks it up to a ""field line problem"" to the leech field.
I stood to spend thousands of dollars digging up the road to inspect the leech field.
Instead after trying for 9 days to get these guys out to fix this pump under warranty I had to engage a second septic company.
They came out the next day, pointed out all the issue with the install, most importantly that the septic pump had no footer and was sitting on the bottom of the tank. Hence the diaphragm had wore out because the intake value was clogged with debris.
I ended up taking them to court won the initial small claim because I guess he didn't I was going to show up and filed an appeal.
At that point I didn't care whether I won or lost the appeal. The inconvenience of Tim Milk having to hire a lawyer, pull his tech out of the files and into the court room was justice enough for me. They are incompetent, poor customer service and over charge on even their most basic service pumping out the tanks. DON'T USE THEM!!

We needed a new septic tank 2 years ago at our cabin and Milks was great at responding to the call and installing our new tank for close to $4,000. We called them almost 6 months ago to ask about a substantial hole we noticed in the casing of the septic tank. We have called and called and called. We have sent numerous texts and emails with pictures of what we are concerned about. Most of the time we were met with silence. A few times when my husband actually got someone on the phone, he was told he'd receive a call back from her husband and that never happened. Last straw was last week - they promised someone would be here on Friday to take a look and see what's going on...... we waited at the cabin all day. They never showed. Never called. Looks like all they are interested in is the big dollar jobs, not being true to their word or taking care of their customers.

MIlks Enterprises came to repair a grinder pump at our place of business. He sucked the water out of the small holding tank with his truck. The plumbers noticed there was still water running into the tank and ran the pump once an hour during their repair to keep the tank dry so the pump could be replaced. They never investigated the source of the water, even though one could easily determine it was coming from the toilet running. Pretty easy to do, since there was only one bathroom plumbed to the tank! Milks replaced the pump just fine, but when I got the bill he charged several hundred dollars for ""tying-up"" his septic truck. Our staff replaced the toilet valve that was causing the water drip ($20) because his plumbers did not diagnose or repair it. Instead of seeing which of the only three fixtures tied to the tank was running the water, they elected to keep using their septic truck to evacuate the water once per hour, all the while charging me for ""tying up the truck"" Did I mention the first pump failed because it was not sealed in properly and sucked up some gravel? Well Milks enterprises installed it originally too. When I questioned the cause of the gravel with the owner Tim, he screamed at me.
