Milestone has been nice to work with. Our first technician worked to get cool air for us when our AC stopped back in July. But while waiting for the correct motor the temporary motor stopped working. Milestone sent the same technician out to get our AC going once again. Unfortunately an error happened during installation causing our electric usage to spike. Not for sure what the problem was Milestone sent out an electrician, Matthew, to check out all things electrical. His persistence and professionalism and expertise was great. He finally determined that the problem was in fact the HVAC. Milestone sent out another technician, Jose, that same day to troubleshoot what the issue was. Once again, we were impressed with his professionalism and persistence to determine what the problem was. So far, it seems Milestone has been a reliable company that stands behind the work they do.

I needed someone to check my outlets and overall electrical health prior to having a new refrigerator delivered. I called Milestone. It was easy to schedule. They kept me updated. My repair guy, Joshua was great. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. What I also liked is he had the replacement parts he needed with him. I get tired of repair people having to come back. We talked thru my options then quickly took care of it. In addition he did a once over on my electric system and let me know some spots that could use help but he wasn't pushy about it. Overall a great experience and I'll use them again and ask for Joshua.

We signed up for membership in May. Today was first scheduled check up on our AC system and it went really well. The two technicians were extremely friendly, efficient, respectful of our home. We were concerned with membership of being pummeled with recommendations for chargeable services, the team did not do this. They informed me in language I understood of all the aspects of their system check. Would highly recommend.

Jonathan did excellent quality work for me and support repairing some items with my water heater including bringing it up to code. He also added a few helpful small improvements he observed that he really did not need to do. I was very happy with what he did and his helpful "going above and beyond" approac.
