Our previous plumber clearly didn't want to take on the jobs we asked of Jason from Milestone, but he just did them without complaint. We've had other work done by Milestone and are always surprised by the quality. Highly recommend!

Called Milestone Plumbing after two other plumbing companies did not return our call and/or could not come for a few weeks. Milestone was able to accommodate our timeline. Charlie from Milestone was assigned the job. Cannot say enough of his timeliness, professionalism, knowledge and cleanliness - Charlie did a great job! We are extremely happy with the service we recently received from Milestone - the technicians were pleasant, timely, and friendly. Dan was particularly helpful! He explained what (and why!) he would be doing, answered our questions, worked efficiently, used walking tarps rather than the carpet, and made some very helpful phone calls for us. Two other technicians came the next day to do some additional work for us and there wasn't even a callback charge!

We've used Milestone Plumbing one other time. We had purchased a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet from Lowe's. Trying to get them to install was a hassle. So I called Milestone to schedule installation. They were able to schedule a time that was convenient for me. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Could not be happier.

I agree with what many reviewers have said about MIlestone: They're great at explaining what's going on, what work they're going to do, and they're always available in an emergency. When I needed an urgent fix for a leaking hot water pipe in my basement, Milestone was the first to respond and seemed to have a competitive rate for the work. The problem came at the end of the repair when I was charged for the 30 minutes the repairman spent filling out paperwork in his truck **AND** the work order was rounded up to the nearest hour. My cost concerns were amplified when I took a bid for re-piping my basement. Milestone's bid to do the work with a less-expensive material was considerably higher than a competitive bid to do the work with copper.

I can't fault MIlestone's workmanship or responsiveness, but you will pay a premium price for these.

Nice company to work with. Good communicators. Our plumber was a great guy. No creepy vibe whatsoever. The only problem is that 5.5 hours cost us 2 weeks wages. We just don't understand how regular working class people are suppose to afford the cost. Of course we believe the plumber and company should make a very good wage, but there is a disconnect. This was a true hardship for us.

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly assisting my property manager with a water heater leakage and looking at a toilet issue. I called around the city & this was the friendliest company with the most availability, they arrived promptly and got the job done. Highly recommend, thanks again Kevin.

After a very unsatisfactory experience with another company, Mr Rooter, who didn't inspire confidence, talked of breaking thru walls!!..quoted ($$$) from some menu...& had me sign to accept before even diagnosing the problem.. all while saying he wouldn't guarantee to fix..expected payment after efforts failed to achieve resolution.. then left saying their company wouldn't allow sufficient parts to be carried on the truck.. They'd have to be ordered..I declined to have them return ( with yet more billing)...after 3 hrs of achieving nothing. The shower still dripped. No mention was made of waiving the truck fee.

I then had Alex from Milestone come, he arrived with the needed parts...was very professional & pleasant & in just over an hour had the issue resolved.. he also contacted Koehler to have a replacement hose for my handheld delivered, gratis, to my home & will return , waiving the truck fee to install.. An itemized bill was presented AFTER the necessary work was completed..
Mr Rooter had directed me to go to a plumbing store & purchase the hose myself..

I highly recommend Alex & Milestone. It's so important to feel confident in persons engaged to do work on one's property.

Jake was terrific! Explained things very well. He is a hard worker and cleaned up beautifully after he was done. Completed a complex job involving garbage disposal, cast iron pipes, and drain catchers in less than two hours and he exceeded my expectations for the work. Thanks, Jake! Good job!!

We recently bought a one owner 70 year old house that came with a warranty. Thank God! Milestone has been out three times already to repair two issues with the kitchen sink and today, the bathroom sink. The previous owner liked to fix things himself and obviously did not have the skills. These guys are so friendly and really kept me in the loop on what they were doing. I called to get a plumber and they were here within an hour!!!! So pleased with them. I will recommend them to everyone.
