After a very unsatisfactory experience with another company, Mr Rooter, who didn't inspire confidence, talked of breaking thru walls!!..quoted ($$$) from some menu...& had me sign to accept before even diagnosing the problem.. all while saying he wouldn't guarantee to fix..expected payment after efforts failed to achieve resolution.. then left saying their company wouldn't allow sufficient parts to be carried on the truck.. They'd have to be ordered..I declined to have them return ( with yet more billing)...after 3 hrs of achieving nothing. The shower still dripped. No mention was made of waiving the truck fee.

I then had Alex from Milestone come, he arrived with the needed parts...was very professional & pleasant & in just over an hour had the issue resolved.. he also contacted Koehler to have a replacement hose for my handheld delivered, gratis, to my home & will return , waiving the truck fee to install.. An itemized bill was presented AFTER the necessary work was completed..
Mr Rooter had directed me to go to a plumbing store & purchase the hose myself..

I highly recommend Alex & Milestone. It's so important to feel confident in persons engaged to do work on one's property.

Jake was terrific! Explained things very well. He is a hard worker and cleaned up beautifully after he was done. Completed a complex job involving garbage disposal, cast iron pipes, and drain catchers in less than two hours and he exceeded my expectations for the work. Thanks, Jake! Good job!!

We recently bought a one owner 70 year old house that came with a warranty. Thank God! Milestone has been out three times already to repair two issues with the kitchen sink and today, the bathroom sink. The previous owner liked to fix things himself and obviously did not have the skills. These guys are so friendly and really kept me in the loop on what they were doing. I called to get a plumber and they were here within an hour!!!! So pleased with them. I will recommend them to everyone.

We live in a 1950's tri-level that has come with it's fair share or quirks. This week our bath tub backed up while showering and the water would not drain. It was disgusting. We tried everything we could possible think of and it just led me to tears. Our contractor even came over to help out. We were thinking it was worse case scenario and a wall was going to have to ripped out. Milestone got us in next day and sent Alex over. He was unbelievably kind and calming. He was able to talk me through our ""old pipe"" issues and within a matter of minutes he had the drain unclogged and water running smoothly in the bath tub. He also talked to me about things to use and not use on our 1950's pipes. I'm so happy we found an honest and reliable local company that is dependable and has amazing customer service. Very happy right now. Thank you Milestone and thank you Alex!

First time Milestone Plumbing user (chose them after looking at reviews and location in proximity to my house) and I have all positive things to say. For starters, Josh was efficient, effective, and easy to talk to. Also, he was very knowledgeable and able to fix our problem quickly (clogged drain, but I tried doing some things on my own and was afraid that I caused more harm than good). Lastly, he was able to remove a plug within minutes, where as I spent $75+ at Lowe's trying to buy my own tools, etc to remove it. A+ from my experience!

I have had Milestone Plumbing at my new home 2 times and today Alex made it 3 times. I was continuing to have a problem with the toilet handle staying down and running but it didnt do it all the time and had been checked previously. He took the time to find out what was going on and I was so impressed with his kindness, knowledge and Sherlock Holmes like desire to find the answer. The last time he was here he went through the plumbing things on the inspection report with me and explained them all and took care of what he felt needed to be addressed.
I have been so impressed by the courtesy of all who work at Milestone and I am so grateful to find a company I can trust in a city and home I am not yet familiar with...its like finding a friend. Thank you SO much to all of you and thank you Alex for today as well as the previous visit.
I will continue to call Milestone with any future plumbing needs.

If You need a plumber that is trustworthy and does excellent service then Milestone Plumbing is your plumber, My water heater sprung water all over the basement. I called Milestone at 8:30 in the morning talk to Katie she had somebody out there by noon a very knowledgeable plumber named Josh, I truly will use them again, Thank you Jesse and your excellent staff.

Charged me 211 $ to caulk around a shower mixer valve, took 15 min. I would have done it myself but thought the leak was bigger. I called to complain and they were going to adjust price but never got back to me. The quality of their work has been very good (Ive use them in the past) but there price is high and they did not do what they said they would after I called them.

They later got back with me and worked things out
