Justin and Mike worked diligently on my sewage pump for five hours! I really appreciate their hard work and diligence in getting my sewage pump taken care of, especially since running water is a necessity!

I called on sat dec 7 and was told to text them on Monday. I texted them on Monday morning and that evening they called me and set up to come on 8:30am in Friday December 13.
Well they never showed up or even called me. Very poor customer service. Doubt I'll ever contact them again!

Excellent - professional and fast! I needed some work done and they squeezed me in. I thought we had a huge repair, but the guys looked and said ""Nope - it's this"" and had it fixed in 15 minutes - then offered to fix something else that was also an easy fix. If I could rate it lower than 1, I definitely would. Contacted this business for my 84 year old mother, to do some work on her bathroom sink. I am a disabled vet and am longer able to do these repairs for her. The supposed professional plumber and his assistant arrived 1 hour early without calling. The plumber did not bring any tools or a toolbox with him into the house to do any of the work. Instead he sent the assistant to their truck to get one tool at a time, (which was the wrong tool numerous times). Then they had to go back to their shop for more tools. The work that needed to be done was for a pipe to be extended where the threads had been stripped, have a new shut-off valve put on and fix the stopper pull on the sink, (which broke again the 1st time I tried to use it). Not so extraordinary plumbing repairs which I thought professionals would at least know what kind of wrench would be needed or have necessary tools, (i.e. hacksaw, blowtorch, solder, etc.), with them when on a service call. They were at the house from 1:30 to 4:00 (including the time returning to their shop). When I ask what the charges were, he said he didn't do the billing but would be 2 1/2 hours labor plus parts.

The bill finally arrived - just a flat fee with no breakdown of charges. I called and spoke with the owner. I requested an itemized statement and was informed that he was ""on a job"" but he did remember it was a difficult job and there was at least 4 hour labor charge. I explained his crew was only at the house for 2 1/2 hours so there was definitely an overcharge. He called back a few days later and said he would reduce the charge by $155.00 (and after informing him the sink stopper broke again). My mom agreed and I requested a new bill for her records. The new bill arrived today with the agreed amount but it also included an added phrase - ""If this bill is not paid I will seek legal action against you."" Threats without even giving an 84 year old widow to pay. She pays all bills the same day she receives them. SHE WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN and neither should anyone else.

(Also known as Miles Enterprises Inc.) I spoke with the owner, Justin, about some plumbing issues my office has been having. I told him it was not an emergency and he still sent someone out the very next day. Rory & Colton showed up at my office and were absolutely fantastic! These two had the problems diagnosed and corrected both issues we were having within 30 minutes. I could not have been more pleased with Rory & Colton. Justin Miles runs a fair, honest. and reputable business. Having known him personally for many years, and now having worked with his team professionally, I can honestly say I will not use anyone else but Justin's team, in my personal home or office, ever again. Exceptional business run by an exceptional person!
